    I was driving next to a Lucid Air on the highway yesterday and I must say it looked slick. I tried to get a closer look but that fucker was flying down the highway like a god damn jet.

    If you are looking for a structured program I would suggest either Starting Strength or Stronglifts to get you started. Either program will be good. They are compound lifting programs that are limited to a few different lifts that keeps things simple. You will get stronger and toner on either program.

    It's a modified 5x5 Texas Method on MWF with accessories added. Lifts like bench, cleans, press, etc.. rotate in and out through out the week. Squats are always MWF with Wednesday's being limited to 2 sets of 5 reps. Accessories are weighted chins, dips, pull ups and back extensions. Wednesdays are light so it's wedged between my conditioning days. Tues/Thur are conditioning. Row on Tuesday and use a prowler on Thursday. No more than 30 minutes on these days.

    I've been experimenting as I've gotten older. Currently working through a modified 5x5 program while tweaking volume and intensity and do include squats 3 times a week. I don't squat the same volume and intensity 3 times a week. As far as conditioning, I save that for prowler or rower and if I am feeling lazy a weighted jump rope.

    Yeah, I agree that watching movies are not going to help much. I've been interacting with employees from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal for over twenty years and still have a very rudimentary understanding of the cultures in the Indian Subcontinent. I've seen personal conflicts between Indians and Pakistanis or Hindus and Sikhs. I've dealt with Indians that apparently don't speak the same language because India has over 20+ languages and not even Hindi is spoken the same. Shit, I once upset a Pakistani for pronouncing his Urdur name with a Hindi pronunciation. Over the years I've taken the "speak English or die" approach and I think it works best. I have directs in Pune and that 30 minutes always fucks with me. Plus I have a guy in Newfoundland that is also off by 30 minutes which also throws me off.

    My senior year in high school, I was driving back from a party with some buddies in my truck about 12 AM. There was a curve in the road and as I drove into the curve my headlights lit up a parking lot where I saw a guy shove a women full force about 5 feet where she fell onto her back. It took a couple of seconds to realize what happened when I drove over the curb and into a field next to the parking lot to turn around towards the parking lot. Driving across the field towards the parking lot I started honking and my friend stuck his head out the window yelling "Dude, we are going to fuck you up." Unfortunately, both the abusive guy and the women were freaked out and started running to a car where they jumped in and drove off. Small chase ensued but I pulled off once they got on the highway.

    I am bias and this is just my opinion but as an advocate of compound lifting every lift day should be leg day. There isn't a reason anyone can't get in squats 3 times a week with adding deadlifts or power clean/clean and jerk on top the other days that include squats. For those trying to transform their bodies, I highly suggest compound lifting as part of their workout routine.
