  1. I think Rocko attended Marshall.
  2. I won't mention sardines or tuna. I had a link of apple chicken sausage, hummus and an apple for a midmorning snack today. Cheese, boiled eggs, grilled chicken breast, a cup of Mootopia, plain Greek yogurt, smoked salmon, are my common go to protein snacks. I keep boiled eggs and grilled chicken in the refrigerator for easy access.
  3. This is probably exercise dependent. I can only speak to strength training and there is the idea that people should take a week off to recover. Personally, I don't schedule any time off. As South Austin mentioned, life often presents time off via vacations, work, illness, etc.. Unless you are grinding away all year long come rain or shine, I'm not sure taking a break is necessary. Sleep, nutrition and proper technique are more important than taking a week off.
  4. Regarding all the "healthy" snacks posts in this thread. Just my two cents here and I've been doing this for decades, I follow a calorie/macro plan. Usually for snacks, I eat sardines and tuna to hit my protein and fat goals. Normally, I lean heavily into protein/fat in the morning and afternoons for my macro goals. When it comes to an actual snack, I don't mess around with protein bars as a snack. If I want an actual snack and have the calories and carbs to spare I eat a candy bar. I'll usually eat a half of one of these. Which is about 250 calories and 12g of sugar amd 70+% dark chocolate. Tastes better than a protein bar and way less sugar than a Snickers.
  5. You are terrible at this. Also, I was a SW regional circle jerk champion in '97 and '98.
  6. He posted a gif of Elon doing a Nazi salute and then tried to compare it to still photos out of context.
  7. You look "skinny fat" in the first picture, dad bod. In the second picture you look lean and healthy. The baggy clothes make it look a little odd. Time to buy new clothes that fit better.
  8. People that are Nazi sympathizers that claim not to be aware of Nazis and get angry when others are critical of Nazis.

I thought the same thing. Shit is going to get weird with this couple because Sheridan likes going for gasps.
  10. Same. Lots of lightening and thunder with a spritz of rain.
  11. Coco is an awesome movie. I can't imagine how you can revisit the story in any interesting way. The entire premise was about life after death through remembrance and Coco dying tied it all up. What's the story at this point?
  12. “We 69'd for 40 minutes straight!”
  13. Yes, and I never approached that abomination.
  14. I'm thinking about becoming an evangelical pastor and starting a church, eventually a mega church. Seems to be one of the surefire way to turn a profit in the Trump era. Squirt Yurts for everyone!
  15. That was my reaction too during that scene.
  16. This is a major pain in the ass that I went through with my daughter 14 years ago. They never issued an SSN for similar reasons then my health insurance company was demanding a SSN for infant coverage. Total fucking clown show. I can't imagine having to jump through those hoops again with the current state of things.
  17. I'd probably start off with addressing my grievances to Mrs. Simon my 9th grade English teacher. She was such a bitch she is one of the few high school teachers names that I still remember. She had great boobs though, she was an attractive petite women with small yet meaty boobs which was a new and fascinating concept. That was also the first time I experienced the "I can't stand this women but she gives me boners" concept.
  18. Several weeks ago, I mentioned I had a request for additional staff and infrastructure to meet a federal customer's mission to meet some OMB requirements based on an executive order issued under the Biden administration. I sat on the request assuming it would get DOGED. Last Friday, I was informed that this agency wouldn't be following through with their contract due to the current "political environment". I ended up jumping on a call on Friday to fire the customer. I've never done that for any government entity before, not even some poor ass southern state.
  19. Perhaps something happens when Musk visits the Pentagon to share his ideas.
  20. I didn't know about the Fredericksburg fire but smelled it earlier this evening.
  21. @South Austin I was thinking about this setup. Do you get to bang and then afterwards hang out solo in a room drinking beer and jumping on the Playstation for some EA Sports College Football? Just curious if there are expectations that you must go to bed afterwards or if you get to do what you want in the separate bedroom.
