  1. Probably tree fiddy in Buddy Bucks. This actually took place at the HEB in the reddit article which is my local HEB. My kid was a member of the high school baseball team that went to the 6A State tournament so he made up for his crimes at the Spring Branch HEB by bringing glory to Spring Branch. They are also the current 5A D1 state champions in football.
  2. Well, one of my kids did pour out dish soap all over HEB as a toddler one time which resulted in a situation like this for an old in the store.
  3. Wasn't this cat on Sabrina the Teenage Witch?
  4. I meant the Nature Valley product. I was curious because granola tends to be pretty sugary. Regarding lactose, that is bad for me or I should say it's bad for people near me. My lactose farts make Briskets Allsups burrito farts smell like potpourri in comparison. I can handle Greek yogurt because of the lack of lactose in it. Thank God for Mootopia, it's the only milk I can stomach. I went years without milk until HEB started selling Mootopia.
  5. Was he young enough to attend Warren? It's a fairly new school. I remember asking if he went to Jay and he said no. It was a long time ago on Shag so I could be remembering wrong. Eh, most Northwest siders are all the same to me anyway.
  6. How much sugar? I just drink coffee with a half a cup of chocolate Mootopia milk before a workout in the morning. I'm caffeine sensitive so some coffee does the job.
  7. It's a fairly recent thing and yes it's being pushed through the evangelical churches.
  8. Yeah, fresh sardines from the Mediterranean are great. I wasn't always a fan. As a kid in Spain, I remember being shocked when my aunt put a platter of sardines on the table. The fish were staring at me and my younger cousin sucked out the eyeballs. It freaked me out.
  9. I think Rocko attended Marshall.
  10. I won't mention sardines or tuna. I had a link of apple chicken sausage, hummus and an apple for a midmorning snack today. Cheese, boiled eggs, grilled chicken breast, a cup of Mootopia, plain Greek yogurt, smoked salmon, are my common go to protein snacks. I keep boiled eggs and grilled chicken in the refrigerator for easy access.
  11. This is probably exercise dependent. I can only speak to strength training and there is the idea that people should take a week off to recover. Personally, I don't schedule any time off. As South Austin mentioned, life often presents time off via vacations, work, illness, etc.. Unless you are grinding away all year long come rain or shine, I'm not sure taking a break is necessary. Sleep, nutrition and proper technique are more important than taking a week off.
  12. Regarding all the "healthy" snacks posts in this thread. Just my two cents here and I've been doing this for decades, I follow a calorie/macro plan. Usually for snacks, I eat sardines and tuna to hit my protein and fat goals. Normally, I lean heavily into protein/fat in the morning and afternoons for my macro goals. When it comes to an actual snack, I don't mess around with protein bars as a snack. If I want an actual snack and have the calories and carbs to spare I eat a candy bar. I'll usually eat a half of one of these. Which is about 250 calories and 12g of sugar amd 70+% dark chocolate. Tastes better than a protein bar and way less sugar than a Snickers.
  13. You are terrible at this. Also, I was a SW regional circle jerk champion in '97 and '98.
  14. He posted a gif of Elon doing a Nazi salute and then tried to compare it to still photos out of context.
  15. You look "skinny fat" in the first picture, dad bod. In the second picture you look lean and healthy. The baggy clothes make it look a little odd. Time to buy new clothes that fit better.
  16. People that are Nazi sympathizers that claim not to be aware of Nazis and get angry when others are critical of Nazis.

I thought the same thing. Shit is going to get weird with this couple because Sheridan likes going for gasps.
  18. Same. Lots of lightening and thunder with a spritz of rain.
  19. Coco is an awesome movie. I can't imagine how you can revisit the story in any interesting way. The entire premise was about life after death through remembrance and Coco dying tied it all up. What's the story at this point?
  20. “We 69'd for 40 minutes straight!”
  21. Yes, and I never approached that abomination.
  22. I'm thinking about becoming an evangelical pastor and starting a church, eventually a mega church. Seems to be one of the surefire way to turn a profit in the Trump era. Squirt Yurts for everyone!
