  1. He says the most off the wall weird shit that makes me laugh. I get it, he's not for everyone, but at least I don't listen to Joe Rogan. And to be honest, I don't listen to podcasts in general very often. I was just scrolling through my Spotify and it showed he was interviewing Kiffin, and that peaked my interest, and it was worth it. Podcasts usually bother me unless they're about serial killers and space/physics and shit like that.
  2. Well, my fingers work faster than my brain, so....maybe? Possibly? We'll just say yes.
  3. What? He's fucking hilarious. And yeah, I realized my phone added an extra 'N', so my bad on that. If you don't like Theo, cool, but he cracks me up. Anyway, it wss a great interview, and it wasn't like typical sophmoric humor ones, either. Dude is a huge CFB fan and went to LSU, so him talking to Kiffin was great. Plus hearing Kiffin actually converse outside of coach speak bullshit was nice to hear. He seems like a genuinely good dude.
  4. God Damnit!!!!!! I don't think my eyes or stomach can handle any more of that shit. They're killing his draft stock, and same with Ant Hill. Why are they going away from their strengths? It doesn't make any sense to me. We, and really any big time program, should not A) ever have to re-build again, and B) try new things that don't work after you've seen 8 games of ut until the very end when they finally allow Simmons to do Simmons things. If they want a spy, just bring Derek Williams or Jelni Mcdonald into the box. You don't need a fucking Edge tk be your spy. Shit, even Littleton. They should be using Simmons to flush Pavia out of hos comfort zone towards to Hill/Lefau, or and if Pavia wants to run up the middle that's where you have Williams/Mcdonald. PK is driving me nuts this year. I love the guy, but experimenting should be done with. That's what SHSU, SJSU, and UTEP were for, not Ohio State and conference play. /rant over
  5. Saban and Freshwater are actual friends. I was listening to Theo Von and Freshwater and he said Saban is a hard ass, but after the season he invited he and his (now ex-wife) and kids over for the holidays, and how he as a person is the kindest man, and the love he has for his grandchildren was something special. He said watching him play with them, building Legos, coloring, playing cars, etc was a side people would never believe until they saw it. He says he's a hard ass because he's a perfectionist, but after he's done chewing your ass on the field after the game, he'll tell you why. He won't apologize, but he will explain to you why he didn't like this or that play call, etc. He said he never throws any of the coaches under the bus and always accepts responsibility. He said he loves him and his kids see him as a grandfather. They still keep in touch.
  6. Yes. This place is where pettiness and misery meet.
  7. Me too. Lefau is ahead of schedule already with is total tackles, and just one shy of his sack, but Ant Hill is way down on all of his stats. Like, unless he doubles his tackles in the next 4 games, adds 5.5 more sacks, and another forced fumble, he will have regressed significantly. This is what bothers me about the D this year, and it goes with dropping Simmons into coverage. It makes no sense. It's not only hindering the defense, but them as well. Simmons would also have to double hi tackles in the next 4 games just to break even, but his sack count is ahead if they allow him to be himself. He has 9 sacks last year, and he has 7 so far. I suspect he'll hit the 10 mark, but I don't expect him to become superman. I don't know what Sellers does or has done with him, but it hasn't been working. We need for our D to play as a unit and let them all do what they're best at.
  8. PM Charles Manson
  9. Honestly, I wasn't sure what Hero Kanu would bring to the table, but he's a fucking hoss. Dude loves him some contact.
  10. Very much so. Go watch his run against Florida. He's (yeah, I know, but this time it's real) sneaky fast.
  11. Are they hauling around Brian Wilson's dead body, too?
  12. Is this Shia Lebouf trying to dress up as Jon Bernthal as a pirate?
  13. If we have BK in the wings and Sark jumps, all that leaves us with is a dead body and a guy who kills kids.
  14. Oh, I member. Yes, I member very, very well. That should have been the red flag that he was going to fuck something up, or let his ineptitude slip some more.
  15. I'll give him a 0.44 just to make sure he doesn't wimp out
  16. Sorry, bro, it's nothing personal. It's just when you converse online you don't really know their age until you let something like that slip. I feel old, and I'm late 30s.
  17. We have too many god damn lawyers on this site.
  18. Because he doesn't want to admit it's really his boss', CDC. You heard it here first.
  19. OK, that's cool. A simple "yes" would have sufficed.
  20. Yes! That's the name I was looking for! I remember y'all talking about James Brown beating Mobilhoma and it went in my brain. I love their salty tears lol. You know you're at a low when you are just begging and screaming for the opposing QB to graduate already haha
  21. Gotcha. Appreciate the correction. But still, fuck them and they never should have been there. Honestly, Mizzou or Kansas should have been in it based on records (both only had 1-loss).
  22. Daaaaayum. Isn't Brown (or Street) that's 4-0 vs OU? They're way before my time.
  23. From when he was on the field against both UF and MSU, he had to let a player or two know where to line up. Moseley yesterday, and I can't remember who it was against UF, but it wss another WR (I've tried so hard to wipe my memory of that game). I'll admit maybe he just has his own set of plays, but the other guys know them, except for maybe a few that were starting. And I don't mean "they don't know the playbook" I just mean they probably got the plays mixed up. But you also have to take into account that all the QBs have the same playbook, so in case of emergency (now) they need to be ready, so I'm basing that assumption of him knowing the playbook from learning it off the field and while at games. That's just my personal opinion and I could be wrong.
  24. I don't know why it makes me laugh, but we've been hearing Phil Knight is making Oregon a powerhouse since Mike Bellotti was roaming the sidelines. Will they ever get there? They feel like aggy with substantially more money and they've made the title game twice, but got absolutely throttled in their second NC game, and in the CFP last year by Ohio State. I think Lanning is good coach, but I don't think he's ever winning them a title. B1G title, yes. NC? No. Bellotti coached there from 1995-2008, and the "powerhouse" thing was started somewhere around 1996 when Nike got involved. Bellotti was a very good coach and won a lot of games, which fueld the phrase "Oregon is building a powerhouse", but it got traction in 2007 when Bellotti hired Kelly; Kelly then becomes head coach, left for the Eagles, then Mark Helfrich began on a high note winning 12 and 11 games his first two season before winning 9 and then getting fired after winning just 4 in 2016. Then in 2017 they hired Willie Taggart, so that set them back after he left for Florida State and got his comeuppance. They decided to hire Mario Cristobal for some reason, who had one 10 win season and a 12 win season and shitty seasons in-between. Now we arrive at Dan Lanning, and the Oregon is building a powerhouse has been going strong for 18 years, so at what point do you just admit that you're lying to yourself? Oregon is a good place to play, but they aren't winning a championship anytime soon. They couldn't do it with the OG Bellotti, not with Kelly, not with Helfrich, lol @ Willie Taggart, who seems more in line with Tyrone Willingham with his decision making skills and ineptitude. Cristobal left and has a shitty record at Miami in 4 years going 5-7, 7-6, 10-3, and currently sits at 6-1. Let's see how he finishes. Now here we are with Dan Lanning... Now, that's not to say they can't make it, because they have two times and lost 2 times. 2010 - L 22-19 Auburn BCS 2015 - L 42-20 Ohio State First year of the Playoffs Made the CFP and got river shit smeared on them by fOSU to the tune of 41-21 (uncanny how their first NC game ended almost the exact same way, minus 2 digits) To me, they don't have "it". Lanning has recruited extremely well, but he's too cocky and he doesn't seem to understand humility. He started at Oregon the same year as Sark. Recruiting (I'm using 247): 2022 - #16 2923 - #9 2024 - #4 2025 - #3 Not bad at all. Actually really good, but there just seems to be something that keeps them from winning it all. I don't know what it is. Will Stein is a tremendous OC that I'm jealous of, and Tosh Lupoi as their DC. Their defensive ranking is skewed because they have only played one team wihh a pulse, and that was Indiana, who brought the wood for the beating in Eugene. God damnit I'm mad they get Will Stein and we have....regressed every season on offense. My point being, or question really is, does anyone really believe Oregon can win it all? I don't and I'll die on that hill.
  25. OK, so let me throw this wrench in the mix- What if CDC is really the baby daddy?
