  1. And Notre Dame. Those two schools seem to just shit out TE'S, and I would probably add Stanford to the list, so three schools.
  2. Have you ever been there? They're poor af. Their roads are literally like driving over fault lines cracked and the roads are sometimes like you're driving on broken asphalt and sideways like you're on a Speed Racer track. Their roads are the absolute worst I've ever been on in my life, and I've been through a lot of shitty states and towns.
  3. Hey man, I'm just quoting another poster. If that guy is aware of one, I would also like to know. That's old news. Now people go to Fansly
  4. True, and that's fair, but the school itself doesn't have a "a lot of money". Your own governor doesn't come out and have to tell the public they aren't using school funds to buy out their fired coach if they have a lot of money. They really did embezzele a lot of money from a foundation that supports a children's hospital, hence why it's a joke. And yeah, 3 titles are great, but Nick Saban won their first one since 1958, who we now know is practically a football god, Miles lucked into his in year 3 with Saban's now defensive upperclassmen, as well as some extremely questionable rankings at the end of the year, leaving a 1-loss Kansas and a 12-0 Hawaii out of a title shot. USC should have been the opponent against Ohio State in 2007, but it is what it is. Then it took 12 years for another, which was luck, great recruiting with 2 of them being the best at their position in JaMarr Chase and Justin Jefferson, and Joe Burrow, who isn't a scrub. All of those titles were before legal NIL, and now that it's been introduced, look where they are now? They aren't Bama or even Georgia when it comes to winning consistently. Before Saban they were lucky if they even sniffed 7-8 wins. They were worse than aggy has been. Their run looks to be over unless they just nail it out of the park with hiring. They already failed with Kelly, and now they have to compete with Florida and Penn State. That's gonna be tough sledding for them.
  5. Let's be fair here. People are selling their wives pussies because sometimes marriage sucks and college football is more important than even your own children. College football is our lord and savior.
  6. LSU is not a top 3 job lol. I love Klatt, but LSU is behind Texas, Michigan, Ohio State, Florida, USC, Oregon, Florida State, and Notre Dame.
  7. That would be an absolute home run hire for them, and that would kind of piss me off because Baylor is evil, Jeff is not, but he would still take the check just like the rest of us. We're so related, Jeff and all of us plebians. I doubt Lane would go there simply because ou is too poor to hire him, but if children's hospitals start having massive amounts of kids die or their hospitals begin shutting down, then we know they're going for Lane. That would suck for us big time. We already have to go against him next season if he's still at Ole Miss, I believe.
  8. I don't care who is behind the OL, Flood is still the guy recruiting the 3* scrubs (aside from a literal hand full) instead of the 4/5* that we should be getting. We aren't fucking tech. Someone has to be held accountable. Banks and Williams fell into our laps because Cristobal left Oregon, we should be sending him a gift basket. Campbell is the the only guy who has looked decent. Everyone else, so far, have grades of 65 all the way down to 30, and a 0.00 somehow. Banks, Majors, and Williams are gone, and we are abysmal. They made a panic move putting Brooks in for Stroh after Napier was whipping our asses instead of putting in a mean mf'er like Neto, or even a guy like Kibble who is a RS-FR who plays G, and we were all told Flood likes to play around with his line to see who can fits well and where, and yet they panic, and instead of putting in a natural G, it's nope, let's throw another tackle in there to make 3 tackles and 4 Guards (Hutson and Robertson are not centers no matter how badly whomever is behind the scenes wants them to be). It literally took 4 games before the coaches realized that Stroh was beyond abominable. I don't care about Hayden Connor, he wouldn't make a difference on this year's team. So if Flood isn't driving the bus regarding blocking, he's still the guy recruiting. He literally recruited and signed Stroh. Possibly the worst lineman we've ever had. Go look at our roster, we have ten three stars and four/five (depending on service) mostly 4 stars (Neto 4*- doesn't play for whatever reason RS-SO; Campbell 5*- SR; Baker 4/5* - RS-FR; Chatman 4* - injured RS-SO. That's it. That's the list of anyone above 3*). Here is a list of 3 stars that have played, and only 1 has shown the ability to block -. Trevor Goosby RS-SO (average to below average this year with an overall grade through 8 games of 61.7). He's basically our only 3* that's worth a shit. Some service grades him at an 81 (doubt), another at 75 (reasonable), but still overall he's a 61. Maybe it's his fingers hand issues, because he looked phenomenal late year when Banks was out, but so did Arch for Quinn 🤷‍♂️ grades out as a backup, but I also put in the 71 and he's starter level. Connor Stroh RS-SO as a comparison has a grade of 51.7 - considered "replaceable" per PFF Hutson grades SR out at 55 on both blocking and pass pro - considered "replaceable" Connor Robertson RS-JR grades out at a 33 - considered "very poor at everything and replaceable" Our true C is sitting on the bench, just like our 5* WR's and other play makers. Just go take a gander at how shitty we've recruited at the OL position alone. So we have a guy recruiting these mid to below average players, and apparently someone else driving the bus? I don't care who is doing what with this position, they should be fired the day after 8/30 Anyone on here excited about a Jackson Christian, Devin Coleman, Jordan Coleman, Andre Cojoe, Payton Kirkland already transferred and is at his 4th school, more Connor Stroh, Malik Ago transferred, Connor Robertson? 4 players are still here from the 2022 class - Campbell, Neto, Hutson, Robertson It will take at minimun 2 years to get an above average offensive line if we hire someone who can recruit and develop, because a group of Kelvin Banks ain't walking through that door. So who's ready to see some 3* Max Wright, baby? 3* Nick Robertson (underrated) But we do have John Turntine III, who I hope pans out. 247 had an article about how badly we evaluated and missed on OL and basically someone didn't want to make an effort, so they settled on what you see every Saturday. I don't have a sub, so let me know if you want me to link it here.
  9. Harlem Berry and Trenton Henderson. We came in second with both recruitment. Time for Scott and Sark to make up for their portal RB fuck up and get on the phone with Berry. Henderson visited Texas twice before committing to LSU, so we are the perceived frontrunner for him per OTF, I believe. Jabari Mack is option #2 after Lott.
  10. He and Bobby Layne were just built different. Same with Houston Street. I will never look at this guy and not think of Hostel. He plays overzealous psychopath almost too well.
  11. I wonder if Harlem Berry looks at our RB room and says to himself he can start right away just a state over in Burnt Orange and White. He would be a massive upgrade over what we've been trotting out. If Chad Scott isn't working the phones with this kid, he's a moron. We have a chance to make up for Sark and Choice fucking off about a transfer like Justice Haynes and Ahmad Hardy. We have a do-over, so if I were them I would try my hardest not to fuck that up. Yes, we have Derek Cooper coming in (I hope), but we need better talent to help support them both. And let's hope we get a new o-line coach who knows how to recruit above 3* and actively recruits other than just a "big human", but a big human who is actually good.
  12. Bro, with as many hits as he's taken, he ain't making it to 40. See Doug "Muscle Hamster/Douggernaut" Martin, sadly. I imagine Cam will probably have advanced CTE by age 32. I'm not kidding.
  13. Believe it or not, but he is a college graduate. He went to LSU. Also, I predict pain from Ant Hill, Simmons, Ty'Anothny Smith, and Lefau.
  14. Why does he resemble Nathan Fillion there?
  15. Wow. I can't believe I made it to the end of this thread for the day. I can't wait to see 54 new pages by 8am. This thread has caused me to tap out on reading this evening. That's enough internet for the day.
  16. Damnit. I should change my hame to Donkey Show Lurker.
  17. Well she does work in hydraulics
  18. No, that was me who mentioned the stats, but I also said that Simmons could get to 10+ sacks by the end of the year, and I mentioned that his tackles were lower because he's being dropped Into coverage. As for Hill, yeah I forgot about the 16 games, so that's on me and I'll own it. I went back and I just looked at solo tackles rather than total tackles, and he's got the same amount. I got ahead of myself on that one. As for the sacks, that doesn't bother me much since we have some generational DE's (for whatever reason, ESPN list Lance Jackson as a LB. Lol wut?). Anyway, Lefau is waaaaay higher in tackles at the same time this year, which tells me he's taken a massive next step, and he has a sack, which surprisingly he only had 2 last year, so I expect him to have at least 3 by seaaons ends. You're also correct that him dropping into coverage can help his stock, and I was being selfish just wanting him to line up and go kill the QB, but what I have noticed is he's also being held a lot and it's not being called, and is really pissing me off. Am I going crazy or have to noticed the same?
  19. He says the most off the wall weird shit that makes me laugh. I get it, he's not for everyone, but at least I don't listen to Joe Rogan. And to be honest, I don't listen to podcasts in general very often. I was just scrolling through my Spotify and it showed he was interviewing Kiffin, and that peaked my interest, and it was worth it. Podcasts usually bother me unless they're about serial killers and space/physics and shit like that.
  20. Well, my fingers work faster than my brain, so....maybe? Possibly? We'll just say yes.
  21. What? He's fucking hilarious. And yeah, I realized my phone added an extra 'N', so my bad on that. If you don't like Theo, cool, but he cracks me up. Anyway, it wss a great interview, and it wasn't like typical sophmoric humor ones, either. Dude is a huge CFB fan and went to LSU, so him talking to Kiffin was great. Plus hearing Kiffin actually converse outside of coach speak bullshit was nice to hear. He seems like a genuinely good dude.
  22. God Damnit!!!!!! I don't think my eyes or stomach can handle any more of that shit. They're killing his draft stock, and same with Ant Hill. Why are they going away from their strengths? It doesn't make any sense to me. We, and really any big time program, should not A) ever have to re-build again, and B) try new things that don't work after you've seen 8 games of ut until the very end when they finally allow Simmons to do Simmons things. If they want a spy, just bring Derek Williams or Jelni Mcdonald into the box. You don't need a fucking Edge tk be your spy. Shit, even Littleton. They should be using Simmons to flush Pavia out of hos comfort zone towards to Hill/Lefau, or and if Pavia wants to run up the middle that's where you have Williams/Mcdonald. PK is driving me nuts this year. I love the guy, but experimenting should be done with. That's what SHSU, SJSU, and UTEP were for, not Ohio State and conference play. /rant over
