  1. Yeah, true. I do tend to forget they exaggerate measurements for whatever reason. Atkinson has been listed at 6'2 215 for at least a year, so we'll say he's probably 6'1 205, but Ty Smith is listed at 6'1 205, and college also exaggerates H/W, so he's probably more like 6' 200. Not too much smaller. But I expect both to put on more muscle this off-season, just like Simmons did his frosh year. It'll be interesting to see how both are used. They're both equal starters, imo. I won't bitch about either starting.
  2. I He was more than solid, he was fourth in tackles behind McDonald (1), Taaffe (2), Hill (3), and then Lefau. In 2024 he was fifth behind Hill (1), Taaffe (2), Mukuba (3), Barron (4), and then Lefau. He did all the right things. He and Hill were a great 1-2 LB tandem. Ty Smith was fifth behind Lefau in tackles this year. I don't know what Muschamp will do with Smith since he's a little small for what he likes his LB's to be, so I suspect Atkinson and Bo Barnes will be the starters because they're big, fast, and strong. Atkinson can also be used as a big nickel to come into the box, or even as an edge rusher at times. Muschamp loves big, physical LB'S and DE's. I don't think we will see much of Simmons dropping back into coverage, either. I also think he'll use Justus Terry off the edge. I don't see how he can gain the weight to be a 3 tech, but he can wreck shop off the edge.
  3. Right, exactly. We can't go back in time, but we have to move forward and hope. We "should" get the RBs we needs, but damn if I'm not pissed about losing Gibson. He was going to be a huge part of the offense. I will forever hate Chad Scott. No wonder our run game was shit. What a disaster of a hire. I feel bad for Gibson for having to deal with his bs and not even getting to play in front of his family at FL. But yeah, winning will cure all. I know we will win, but I'll always have this "I wonder" in the back of my head regarding Gibson. I just want my money to go get whatever pieces we need to wreck the opposing team, especially next season when we get Ohio State, Ole Miss, LSU, FL, ou, aggy, and Tennessee, and Mizzou. That's a tough stretch, but we have more overall talent than all of them not named Ohio State. We're gonna take a paddle to them in Austin.
  4. You act like finger fucking is bad, bro. I've finger fucked many chicks I regret, but my fingers got to fuck so my penis didn't have to put in the work. Stewart Mandel and co are just retards who slowly drink the leaking liquid of prostate cancer out of an enema bag in real time. That's their daily nourishment.
  5. The way I look at CFB now is the way I look at any right to work employee. There's no longer an attachment to a single player for me unless they're here for at least 3 years and have played significant snaps. If not, I don't care if they leave. This is no longer the days of Colt McCoy, the Shipley bros, Sergio Kindle, Brian Orakpo, Michael Griffin, Aaron Ross, VY, etc and so forth. These days kids are on their 6th school (not even close to hyperbole), so why care until they've actually put in the work and stayed, right? I'm happy when we sign great classes, but until they contribute, they might as well be invisible. If they haven't don't anything by their true Jr or RS Soph year, it's whatever.
  6. Honestly. I've always kind of liked Michigan. I think it's because when I was a kid I was enamored with Charles Woodson (still am). Plus their unis and helmets are iconic af. I dunno, I'm hyped to play them, even if they're awful. Either them or ND and I'm happy. I don't hate ND like everyone else. I guess because I have a buddy who went there. I don't dislike or hate them, but it does bring me joy when they lose, except if it's aggy beating them.
  7. This new board look is fucking with me. It's cool, but I did not expect such a drastic change. Anyway, those top two I said are the ones I want. Do they come fitted? I hate shirts where the sleeves are like wings. I need them fitted around my muscular arms.
  8. Bro, I am absolutely just pissed af that Sark allowed Gibson to walk instead of just demoting or firing Scott. Imagine what he could be next season with Juluke. It's unforgivable. I cannot get over it.
  9. This is my exact thinking as well. We're going all in, too. We aren't wasting Arch's last season.
  10. Dude, I don't get what your endgame is here. You're acting like I don't like him or you think he's a clone of Deebo Samuel and I'm missing it somehow. No, I don't view aggy as a big time program. They've done nothing except get embarrassed. Yes, ou is a big time program but is offensively retarded. I'm genuinely confused as to what you think he offers when the numbers say otherwise? I didn't pull them out of thin air. They're right there for you to look at. I'm sorry we disagree on Wisner and his abilities, but we'll just have to agree to disagree. You seem to think he needs a statue made because he was our only RB that literally had his yards cut in half this season. He had 4 total TD's this year, and 6 last year. He's a solid rotational back, not a RB1. Why do you think he's starter-level? Because he ran over aggy for 100 yards two years in a row, and once over ou last year? Great! He's an aggy and ou killer, and then disappears. Do you not think we need a better RB?
  11. Yeah, we all laughed at that, too. He had been injured and they were so desperate they paid him. That's an anomaly, tho. Venebals offense is abysmal, and Mater is terrible. Wisner wouldn't have done any better than their other backs in that offense. But hey, if they want to pay him his asking price, go for it. I Ike Wisner, but realistically he's average. He just is. I don't say this as an insult, I'm saying it because it's the truth. I like the kid. I love his hustle and grit. But hustle and grit don't translate to being awesome. He he one 100 yard rushing game this year, and had 3 last year. That isn't high level play.
  12. I was just naming schools that popped into my head at that moment, nothing more. I honestly sat here wondering where he could land that would fit him, but as I was looking at rosters for teams just now that I mentioned he would be behind all of their RB's (outside of the SMU, TCU, etc). I think he could make money going to UCLA, and a degree from there is not a bad gig if he gets one in something that isn't bullshit. Maybe Oklahoma St? He doesn't need to go down a level, he just needs to be realistic in his choices. If he ends up at Bama, UM. Auburn, wherever, I'll cheer him on. I want him to be the best he can be no matter where he goes.
  13. I'm talking about the likes of Michigan, Ohio State, Florida, FSU (he could go there, I suppose), Clemson, Bama, Oregon, pretty much any blue blood or CFP caliber team not named Nebraska. I don't don't doubt he can go to a P5 school, I just don't think he wants to share carries and believes he's a true RB1. I can see him landing at SMU, TCU, Washington St, Oregon St, Duke, UCLA etc. I hope he gets a shot at a big time school, but his numbers don't reflect that. He's an average RB, not a Justice Haynes, Nick Singleton, Kaytron Allen, Jeremiyah Love, Makhi Hughes, Ahmad Hardy, Kewan Lacy, Jadan Baugh-type guy that can churn out yards if need be. He's just...average. He had one 100 yard game this year against aggy. One.
  14. My only question is why didn't we use Townsend more? He had 4 games to use and we could have used him against fOSU to score, Georgia, and Florida. He's a stout mf'er. Instead we leaned on Wisner and a broken Baxter. We barely used Clark or Simon. We hamstrung ourselves just to preserve a RS when in reality we shouldn't have to do that anymore with the portal. Get these kids in, find something they're good at until they know entirety of the playbook and let's roll. Whatever. I'm just glad Scott is gone. It sucks Gibson left because of him. I bet that's part of the reason Sark canned his ass. Running off a player who would have been a solid player and he didn't even let him play in the Florida game in front of his family. All it took was five games to run off a kid who had upside. Fuck Chad Scott.
  15. Ah, OK. If he gets the Michigan job thy might turn out to be a blessing in disguise. He's a really solid coach.
  16. I was just watching Tyran Mathieu talking about Lane Kiffin and LSU and joking around with a former teammate and then he dropped the bomb that to get anywhere in the coaching world these days you have to go through Jimmy Sexton.
  17. I bet he ends up at a G5 school. He could end up at UCLA or another school like Washington St, but he won't be on a roster on a high level team.
  18. So here's what we're looking at for next season in the RB room for Juluke to work with– Derrek Cooper James Simon Christian Clark Michael Terry (we'll see if he plays in the bowl game since he's getting a run here) Ryan Niblett Jett Walker At least two transfer RB's (hoping for Lacy and Baugh) Juluke definitely has his work cut out for him, but he isn't lacking talent in the room, just experience and youth. We need Flood to unfuck his face and get an OL that can actually block.
  19. I wouldn't even bother taking him period. He's bad at the highest level, which we could use a scholarship on a RB that can average more than 3.9 ypc. Even Wisner averaged 4.6, and he's not even close to being RB1.
  20. It's both, honestly. Wisner did some freaky jump cuts, but yeah, our LG was beyond abysmal. There really are no words to describe how bad it was. But, Wisner also had the same issues running behind Campbell, too. It was just not good. Wisner isn't a RB1, but I also don't see anyone in the country outside of maybe 3-4 RB'S that could have made chicken salad out of chicken shit from our line.
  21. Yes. I choose to not remember those days. They're too painful for me. Right now, at this very moment, I'm still trying to recover from the Michael Crabtree "I seen it in my dreams" catch against Earl Thomas. That one hurts more than anything. I'll never get over it. I was at that game, and the pain is insurmountable.
