  1. The word "chit". They say that all the time on TexAgs because cursing is the debils language
  2. We have one game where Helm was barely involved and that's on Banks? Come on, man. That's a Quinn issue not readimg his routes. I saw Helm open at least 3 times.
  3. Kern is a frosh. He'll get better. Yeah, he sucks this year, but he got a hard lesson in the difference between high level HS ball and high level college football But I do agree. We need an experienced punter at the very least.
  4. He has one, bro. He's an academic advisor as well as the starting QB.
  5. OK, my batties are closed and I now have a band-aid.
  6. Yep. I don't know what's going on in that kids head, but damn. He missed some easy layups that last year he could make with his eyes closed
  7. Honestly, I'm surprised, personally, that SMU kept it as close as they did.
  8. Dude, the refs sucked ass, we all know this; but we made it a game and got to overtime. The refs didn't fuck us in OT, we fucked ourselves
  9. Quinn isn't a pussy, he's just fucking limited because he's fragile as fuck. He trotted out there injured (shocker, I know) and either a) ddi what he was told, or)B made his own decisions and it fucked us. We'll never know because Sark doesn't throw players under the bus (which I'm personally happy about)
  10. It's almost like their scouting department is better at identifying weaknesses.
  11. Just goes to show that sometimes the backup is better than the starter. *cough* Arch *cough*
  12. Think about this for a second if you want to throw up - Mike fucking Bobo out coached a supposed offensive genius. Let that sink in. We are FAR more loaded on offense for that to ever happen. I can't do anything other than shake my head in shame I don't know what the fuck happened with Burt. He went from clutch to getting in his own head. I do not understand it at all. It's weird.
  13. Yep, same. When I saw the hit in real time I knew immediately it wasn't targeting because you could see him leading with his shoulder. The fact that the sideline judge literally couldn't see what we saw on TV was both dumb and incompetent.
  14. I concur. All I really saw of him is he got beat by an Edge, but Quinn didn't even attempt to look his way. It was frustrating, but it is what it is at this point. I feel for Helm since he's done everything asked of him, but he still has another chance to show out.
  15. Gentlemen. It's time to close this chapter. He's not going to get it done, and arguing about his deficiencies isn't solving anything. He's limited, he's always injured, and he's frail. He's like 6'1 and 195 lbs. He's done as well as we could hope for, but he isn't winning it all for us. We should thank him for getting us on the right track, but other than that, I don't know what to tell you.
  16. 100% I only mentioned aggy because that's all those morons talk about, and we're in the same state. But you are correct, those are the real teams we're competing with.
  17. Couldn't agree more. I know Sark keeps in touch with Saban, so I don't doubt he's picking up some pointers. But like Kirby, it takes time. You.gotta keep stacking those 1-5 classes each year. It may take time, but eventually you will break through. Back in the Mack days it was just different. You needed someone like a VY to elevate your entire team, even if you have NFL talent. It not like Chris Simms' defense was devoid of talent with Corey Redding, Shaun Rodgers, Casey Hampton. Leonard Davis, Mike Wllliams, etc. Or even in 2005 with that team. No one else was taking that team to the NC other than VY Now you have to consistently stack talent over talent over talent. When Smart got to Georgia in 2016 he was using Mark Richt players, so it took him another 5 years before he made the playoffs with his own players. The point is, for all of Sark's faults, in 4 years he's made 2 CFP appearances, the SEC CCG, and has a chance to go all the way, and he's oniy stacked his own talent for 3 years. He's on a great trajectory. Will he win it this year? Probably not. Can he win it with Arch? TBD, but I would take a hard yes just because of bloodlines and scheme fit. I'm as frustrated as anyone on here, and I've had time to cool off and examine things. Regardless of schedule, the only team he lost to was Georgia....the same team that's been stacking talent since 2016. Good times are ahead of us. Weak schedule? Lol k. It's a grind, remember? That's all we heard. We win, now we have a weak schedule. Winning it big takes time, and if Sark continues to take Sabam's advice he'lll break hrough. He might be stubborn and have an ego, but the man isn't stupid. He went into Georgia and pulled 2-3 Georgia recruits, 2 FL recruits, LA recruits, Cali recruit. and TX recruits. He'll be fine. He's still learning to be a HC. He just took UGA into OT. He's surrounded himself with incredible recruiters, which will pay dividends in the not too far distant. I say we all relax and let it unfold. Remember, aggy has NEVER been to a CFP, even in a 12 team playoffs. Sark has been to the 4 team and a 12 team. He'll get it done. He has all the resources anyone could imagine and a donor base that wants another trophy.
  18. It still pisses me off. These idjote are supposed to be unbiased, yet here we are.
  19. Their holding was egregious and only called once or twice. We're talking 2015 Okie Lite bullshit penalties.
  20. Yeah, but the people have already seen us play them twice in 3 years. Not saying it won't happen, but I would think a different draw for Texas to play a team they haven't would be better for viewing.
  21. He's been the biggest disappointment after hearing all those reports from summer.
  22. It's crazy that all those classes he's stacked, he's only been to the playoffs 3 times. 2017/2021/2022. I guess 4 now, but he's been there for 9 years. It's not like Georgia is a constant CFP player. Now that it's gone to 12, sure, he'll get there, but before that, it was just 3 times. Just 1 more time than Michigan, and 1 more title. It's pretty sobering when you think about it, especially with all the talent he had acquired in all that time. Saban mopped his ass consistently. He's a good coach, but he also has the same amount of titles as Dabo. They keep saying UGA is the king of the SEC, yet they only have 2 titles. They're good, but not great by any means. We just went in there and took their DL recruit that they had a relationship with since 8th grade..it won't be the last. I bet we land that LB Atkinson, too. Now that we're recruiting the SE, everyone wants to visit Austin. Atkinson has been on campus 2-3 times now. We're a legit contender and I won't be surprised if/when we land him. The playing field is level now, and our big donors will start raiding. We just took a Georgia CB that dexommited from Clemson. The field is level and our classes are starting to look much, much better. We landed the #1 class this cycle. Not a single person on this site predicted that.
