Here's the thing, and I'm sober...
Maybe what the team needs is a QB who can go out and make the passes. He's been the in system for damn near 2 years. Ewers is obviously struggling; does that mean we give up on Ewers? Of course not. What that means is Arch is an intelligent kid. He knows the playbook. He's literally 1 year behind Ewers. Not much separation there. He's also a big bodied dual threat who can take punishment if needed. His arm is better, but does that mean he's going to make all of the throws? Of course not. But he can't do any worse.
At this point I'm for whomever. But this shit not using Arch when he's a RS-frosh and has been riding the pine while we can't seem to make a TD to save our lives might be something Sark should look into. You know, like that one play where he scored on aggy and then promptly sat him back on the bench.
How the fuck is the kid going to learn by riding the pine when our second game next season is against baby eater Ryan Day? Sark has had all God damn season to use Arch in a myriad of ways, and now he's scratching his thinning hair and saying "You know what? Maybe the media is on to something? Maybe I should get this kid ready?" It's fucking stupid at how stubborn he is and gets in his own way.
BTW, this isn't directed at you, it's just speaking in general.
