For those of you too young to remember when we played them every year, this is the Horse Laugh, which they do as more genteel alternative to booing.

    Riffety, riffety, riff-raff!
    Chiffity, chiffity, chiff-chaff!
    Riff-raff! Chiff-chaff!
Let’s give ‘em a horse laugh:
    Sssssss!

    Not kidding.

Can you imagine the nuclear brain washing that must be done to get GenZ kids doing something that only outcast dorks did in the 1940's?

every single game that i lose is 100% due to the cpu blatantly, overtly, unapologetically cheating. that’s a fact. and this is every ea game in a nutshell. so much of it is scripted that it’s impossible to immerse yourself in the game. you literally are not in control of what happens, the script is. your play call, your execution, your talent level- it doesn’t matter. the cpu will do what it is programmed to do.

to be clear, me winning every game unless the cpu blatantly cheats is fucking horseshit. i should be losing tough games to tough opponents every now and then. last night i lost to bama in the sec title when the entire second half was an absolute scripted sham, and the next game (playoffs) i’m ahead of cincy 52-0 at half time. zero part of that is fun for me. just give us a goddamn game that isn’t scripted for christ’s sake. FAK.

It’s the exact same bullshit as not letting the reporters provide any information. It’s paranoia and poor sportsmanship.

Declaring game time decision for the rest of the year heading into week 3 is some next level bullshit. No wonder Tarp has thrown in the towel at this point.

Sometimes, it seems, Gerry gets tired of the bullshit he hears constantly from all sides. Posting a 100% confidence pick for Hudson to Tech last year is a good example of him getting tired of getting lied to and having to play nice to keep up appearances. He chose to burn a bridge involved with that recruitment in order to have a clearer path towards the truth in the future.

Like that, I read today's update as a call out for some folks to put up or shut up. If you want us to mention you seriously as someone involved with Texas, then do something about it. Or, if you want us to take your efforts seriously to land one of these big flips, then get some of these fuckers on campus. Or both.

I may not be correct in this case, but that's as likely as just not seeing a path for any of the No's or thinking that the staff really is done at DB.

I was surprised he had Faraimo as a no. From what I understood, Texas was slowly gaining. Some of the DB's who knows.. The rest made sense.

It's so easy. Elko just needs to:

    1) Quit focusing so much on coaching (?!) and more on fundraising

    2) Get $30M in donations by putting people's names on a plague (sic)

    3) Assemble the best roster evah

    4) Profit!

    Holy shit I am rolling.

His 4 point plan is triple super duper loyalty points

Having a pandemic named after them

A trip to the field at halftime and dinner with the coach for $1 Million

Highest idiot wins their name etched into the memorial of mediocrity known as kyle field.

If they were a completely free agent they’d want them in the SEC. The whole argument that they already have the states of Florida and South Carolina is overblown. It’s no longer about tv footprints/markets, it’s about how many eyeballs watch and will pay to watch your program.

FSU/Clemson along with ND are the only 3 remaining programs that have a top 25 stadium by capacity that are not already in the Big Ten or SEC. Clemson/UGA pulled 8 million viewers in week one and FSU’s first 2 games against weak competition were over 4 million. In week 3 FSU’s game against Memphis was the highest rated game on ESPN that day.

FSU/Clemson in the SEC equals even more big games. It would be a great opportunity for ESPN…if they were free agents but they are not. ESPN has them for cheap until 2036.

ESPN has been cutting costs and even though FSU/Clemson would bring in some more viewers, it’s not worth paying them another $50million a year. ESPN is a business and won’t pay out money for a product that is only marginally better than what they currently have.

You are missing an important point. If FSU and Clemson both leave, then you are creating a defacto G5 out of the other leagues on a financial level. While Clemson and FSU may get their money, the leverage of the ACC is greatly diminished, which would force them to take a smaller TV deal. This, in turn, will force the B12 to take a smaller deal next time around and it will cascade down. The $50 million to 2 schools would pale in comparison to the money saved on all of the other conferences that they are affiliated with by resetting the market. Plus, they will make that money back in the first year or two with top tier games that can be scheduled.

I don't think they are done at WR. Kelshaun Johnson and Dallas Wilson are still being recruited

I have a hard time believing Kelshaun Johnson would come considering who we have in the class. If I remember, the class depth was one of the reasons he decided to look elsewhere when they were talking about Ffrench, Lockett, and possibly DK Moore.

  8. apparently Reed is Texags official in terms of being the new starting QB. Texags changed their entire studio to a picture of Reed. What a bunch of dorks.

sidenote: Reed seems like a legitimately good kid, so best of luck to him.

Florida’s defense sucked to begin with and then they were missing 6 of their top 8 DBs and 2 other starters on defense on a team that’s already quit on Napier. There couldn’t be a less meaningful barometer of the A&M offense, which is great because it means the rollercoaster is climbing once again.

Even with all of that working for him, Marcel Reed only passed for 186 yards. So go right ahead Ags.. puff that chest.

Rewatching their first half against Florida because I was bored, they were competent running the ball but that has never been their problem Achane did extremely well for them and it was not all of it was off tackle. Their problem was always pass protection but I will just give them an incomplete, I may be biased but Florida DL was not really working hard on passing downs.

That said even with all that UF players kept extending aggie drives with penalties, even if you disagree with the interpreation of crown of helmet to the groin. Flags kept raining again and again.

I watched a bunch of that game, and that was legitimately the least disciplined defense I have seen at the P4 level. Every long TD throw that Reed hit was a straight up coverage bust with no defender within 20 yards of the receiver. When they got stops, they would just commit some penalty to extend the drive. I am here for A&M over rotating based on this performance, because they are going to come crashing down to earth when they play a team with a pulse.

As you know, this is how they do everything. They insist upon themselves and spout their bullshit to anyone who will listen, then the parrots repeat it until it is the narrative. It is what they did when they got a commitment from Haynes King, what they do when they crow about their awesome fans (who everyone else despises) and gameday atmosphere (fucking weird), when they crow about their facilities, their bizarre traditions, celebrate their "bigger'n da sips" stadium, why they pay mouthpieces like they did with The Atlantic and do with Josh Pate, why they celebrate "Best School" lists, how they puff up their signing classes, and even how they crafted the narrative that "t.u. destroys conferences," when they're actually the root of that problem.

They're juvenile, they lie, and their oldest tradition is cheating.

My favorite part about that stadium is the fact that they literally have to beg aggie fans to come via bus or train in from DFW and Houston on local radio stations. It is an easy place to fill for a big game, but non ranked games they are not even close to full. And of course there is UMass..

@BurntOrange&White will kiss your ass in public and give you 30 minutes to draw a crowd if Michigan beats USC on Saturday.

Having watched their offense 3 times now, man, I don't see how they're getting above 10 points against competent defenses. They're going to need some defensive scores and black magic to put up enough points to beat that USC offense. The only other hope is that the front seven just shreds the USC OL, I guess.

Their defense is still damn good, I don't think USC is capable of doing what we did on the scoring front against them. Who knows, Orji might pop a run or two and get them going. I have low hopes that they will win, but it should be closer than our game.
