  1. Im not sure Samples has shown enough as a coach yet for Sark to consider him. He wants good developers first and foremost on staff.
  2. My take on it is that we definitely hit on CJ Baxter. Saban said that Baxter was the best running back they played in 2023, which says a lot. He has just had the injury bug. I think if we would have seen a healthy Christian Clark this year that would have changed the dynamics of the RB room quite a bit. James Simon seems like another guy that I think will thrive in this system, but obviously TBD. Dont forget that Tre Wisner was another Choice guy that we added late in the cycle.
  3. Sounds like Texas is staffing up to be a mainstay in Georgia, which I love. Hopefully this is a Chris Gilbert level dude, I know Ga Tech had been recruiting above their station for the last couple of years.
  4. According to Anwar’s sources, Tyrone Swoopes will start against Notre Dame.
  5. Surprised SMU is behind TCU and teams like Arkansas. Very very surpised that ASU is down at 49. I really hope they get it going, I like Dillingham.
  6. Not sure you are giving Robison enough credit. The dude could fly off the edge. Sorrell doesn't have that kind of twitch, but he should be able to set a hard edge and just grind some poor RT down all game.
  7. In a stunning move, the Ohio State university has been sold to the MAC. tOSU will own 75% of the conference plus other considerations. Ohio, Toledo, Kent State, Miami of Ohio, Bowling Green, and Akron are expected to be merged into the school as satellite campuses and all 8-10 range women are expected to be pressed into service for the glorious dictator's tOSU buckeye recruiting team. Eastern, Western, and Central Michigan are expected to be demolished and cast into lake superior. When asked why they could not be spun off to maximize value, new MAC commissioner Urban Meyer declared that there is nothing valuable in Michigan.
  8. First time I have actually heard the audio, not gonna lie it made me laugh.
  9. Know someone who lived in a condo and was a next door neighbor to one of Jerry's play things. One night they went out onto the balcony and just heard "Give it to the Jer! Give it to the Jer!" as the neighbor had left her sliding door open with just the screen.
  10. Georgia I would consider in the upper tier of NIL, Bama and OU will continue to struggle and their only hope of relevance is to make hires like KState and Baylor seem to make with some superstar under the radar coach that can develop like crazy.
  11. The helobius action figure will definitely have the kung fu grip.
  12. I don't have a Lambo but I have this 6 Million dollar sponsorship. Maybe I will just buy the dealership.
  13. I know Jonah Williams is a stud in baseball, but man does he have the potential to be something special if he decides to focus on football.
  14. That recruitment deprived us of three years of momma Ringo IG pics. We are just getting started.
  15. Mateer over Arch is certainly a take, as is Thomas over Simmons.
  16. This is generally a strategy that you see around consensus top players at premier positions with some mundane flaw. Teams start throwing this stuff out to everyone who will listen and try to create a narrative to get one of these guys to fall in the draft to them. It usually doesn't work, but every now and then it does.
  17. I just don't see a first round WR in the entire draft this year outside of possibly McMillan, and that is assuming a lot. It wouldn't surprise me to see Burden and Golden drop into round 2 with a few other viable options. I think Banks will ultimately be drafted in the top 10-15. If Barron runs well I could see him as a top 15-20 pick. I still say that Quinn will shoot back up draft boards heading into the draft and find himself at the bottom of the first.
  18. I honestly didn't pay much attention to A&Ms class this cycle. Surprised they ended at 6 considering we were pantsing them almost at will this cycle. OU falling off seems to have improved the margin for error.
