  1. Weigman is talented no doubt, but I am not sure he has broken 60% completion against a power 5 team. He is easily a year behind Quinn in development. One because of Jimbo's shittastic offense, but also because every time he plays he is in the equivalent of 20 car crashes behind that line.
  2. You know Bjork has to be absolutely shitting a brick. All of the moves he made so that he could prevent exactly what has happened. You have to wonder about the assurances he gave the money guys and how those are looking right about now.
  3. I don't mind USC, I like their Fight On song. OU just makes my blood pressure rise. I am pretty sure Boomer Sooner is what they play on a loop at CIA black sites to break people.
  4. The PNW kid has some size too. I would think that Lanning or DeBoer could pick up the phone on NSD and tell him to flip his commitment and he would. Hell, Lincoln Riley may even be able to win that one.
  5. A&M to the B12 would be their doom. Not only do you still have to deal with a bunch of quality coaches in Kliemann, Leipold, Fisch, Campbell, Gundy, Wittingham, etc. but you would lose the one recruiting token that you have relied on for the last decade. They would be getting second and third tier players after Texas, LSU, and OU filled up, and they have never shown an ability to out scheme anyone. They would also be the new Texas in terms of having the perpetual target on their back. They have only gone on runs of sustained success when rampant paying of players took place, followed by NCAA sanctions. They would still only be a mid level B12 program with 2-4 conference losses per year.
  6. Yeah... uh.. no. No chance our offer is committable. He looks like a tiny Worthy without any elite traits.
  7. What I can't understand is how enamored they are by their band when it does literally the same routine every halftime show for decades.
  8. I can only assume that the Surly Watch Party in New Orleans is going to be populated by a bunch of fat middle aged guys in Crocs and horrible sandals of various types. Is this the gluttony support group? NAY! It is the gathering of Surly elites.
  9. But I thought Colin Klein was the best hire EVAAR and he was going to rally the offensive side of the ball under the delicate shade of his genius?
  10. Moore isn't really a true edge, he looks to be more of a rush linebacker in an overhang scheme. I could see him being in on some sub packages and being used really effectively. My guess is that this is what edge looks like in the spring: Sorrell at the Jack, and it would not surprise me to have them move Tapp over to the Jack as well for a true rotation. Then you will have Burke and Simmons likely the top 2 guys with Walton being a third rotational guy. I am not sure where Walton is with his body, but if he is putting on enough mass they may let Burke play both sides for some more disruptive pass rush combos on the field in pass situations and Moore and Hill lined up at LB spots. You could also see some pretty badass rush packages where you move Burke and Sorrell inside and let Simmons and Moore rush from the edges. Once Sorrell leaves, I could see both Burke and Tapp being over on the Jack side once Simmons and Walton are fully ready. Vasek is still a bit of an unknown because of his redshirt year and it is hard to know where his body is going to go, but he should figure into the mix somewhere after this coming season.
  11. It could be worse, good thing they haven't found your stash of Lilly Tomlin porn.
  12. I do not feel good about their chances coming to DKR next season.
  13. Is it bad that I find it hilarious that PK and Sark are disregarding our walk on for his bigger more talented brother?
  14. Maybe he just woke up from a sorority bender after the dance contest in Starkville with only a cowboy hat and phone numbers post-it noted all over him.
  15. Plus, he has the added benefit of also being responsible for our win at Houston this year. He should fit right in.
  16. Golden is fast though, so let's see how it plays out.
  17. Florida State has shown what you can do with elite edge play, and it is arguably a lot more chaotic for the offense than elite DT play.
