  1. So happy for Kimble. He was hitting the ball hard early in the year, but just not finding the gaps. You knew the balls would start dropping. Also helps when they are flying over the wall. This team is so fun to watch.
  2. It would be hilarious if that caught on . . .
  3. Surely Rylan was just smack talking his bro during that AB . . . at least making fart sounds as the pitcher released the pitch. Fun stuff.
  4. Just not used to seeing Schloss give guys that much of a leash. Worked out. That’s why he’s the coach and not me.
  5. Um, surprised Schloss didn’t yank him after the first two walks, shocked he didn’t pull him after hitting the third guy, freaking amazed he’s still on the mound after walking the fourth guy. What in the world? Lucky to get the DP. Wow.
  6. To do this to Georgia without two of our best bats in the order is just . . . delicious. Maybe Schloss can help Sark become a stone cold killer too.
  7. Crazy how different Mendoza looks at the plate from his early season self.
  8. Weak Missouri pitching got us all messed up. So many of these ABs are not even competitive.
  9. Walking midgets with .167 BA is not ideal.
  10. This ump has a Lego land strike zone this half inning.
  11. I’ve watched most of the games this year and Kimble has played very well at 1B in my opinion. Today is an anomaly.
  12. Extremely tough play. He still almost made the throw.
  13. Amazing how fast things can turn. Blow a team out in game 1, then lose three starters, a couple of errors, a hit batter now Missouri probably feels like they have some life in this series. Need the back-ups to come up big like their freshman just did.
  14. They might suck, but thisMizzou series it’s taking its toll. Geez
  15. This is uh . . . something.
  16. Weiner’s got him now. Get ready.
  17. Fun game to attend. Got to see three bombs. Hoping that side-armed late reliever hitting 95 mph can keep throwing strikes. He’d be a different look out of the pen.
  18. When I got home from a church business meeting this evening, my son was watching tombstone, inspired today by Ruger. 🥲
  19. Boys, it looks like we might have ourselves a baseball team! Feels good. Max’s bomb felt like a statement.
  20. Welp, big crooked number coming here.
  21. Not great when 2-0 and 3-1 counts don’t seem to be an advantage for our guys. Hopefully he’ll walk a few more guys.
  22. Galvan’s approach at the plate this year, along with his improved success wiping out steal attempts from behind the plate is making a huge difference so far. He also seems more level-headed. Refreshing.
  23. Seems like this pitcher is not even touching the rubber.
  24. Those three outs will still do wonders for Howard’s ERA.
