  1. Huge win! We'll be riding some serious confidence now for the rest of the year. Great to have Madi hang 20 on them and our defense held them to 62, their lowest total for the year.
  2. Who's the big dawg now bitches!!
  3. Going with Oldacre in winning time.
  4. Can’t get beat down the floor

  6. Vic on AMo: "she’s not gonna be available for a while and so we’ll see how long, I don’t I don’t really have an answer right now, but we’re hopeful to get her back. I know AMo will do her very best to get back, in the meantime we’re finding a way to navigate the schedule" I thought I read something about another surgery, maybe someone else heard that. Sounds like the hope is, she stays with the team, so maybe another 4 for next year.
  7. https://watch.longhornnetwork.com/video/756225 Start at about the 17:00 mark for the ladies comments. Jordan at the end is funny. What a great team. They don't talk about Justice in the same light as the other two freshmen, sadly.
  8. "Vic on why he pulled Rori and went with Bri: "I just wanted to give Rory a blow, wanted to pull her over and talk to her about a couple things, and then once Bri came in …. obviously she was playing well and she was doing some good things, had a lot of juice on the floor, so you know I’m certainly not gonna take her out when she’s playing good. You know she had those back-to-back turnovers there, I think that’s when I got her out. But nothing other than the kid came in and was playing well and our team was playing well with her. I thought they had a lot of juice with her, like she energized our kids tonight. Everybody was excited about her. There was no need to take her out of there until she kind of got a little bit faster, got sped up and that’s OK, she’s really good fast." Madi on Bri and Jordan: "Bri, she’s different man, she comes in a game, I told her to turn it on, she gets the ball, goes down, gets a layup. That’s what she brings our team, she just brings so much juice that when we see that, we’re with her. I don’t think it’s just Bri, it’s Jordan too, I wish you could see our practices, sometimes when it’s dead, those two are the only ones talking, which is, you know sad, but also if it’s a good thing, because they’re freshmen coming in with so much energy, they are giving these vets some juice, it’s just a great thing to see." Shay on Bri and Jordan: "Like Madi said, the joy of the game being contagious like that is so apparent with both Bri and Jordan. Just like having fun and like reminding all of us that like it’s basketball and it’s fun. Like Maddie said, the juice that Bri brings, like I love playing with her, I love seeing her emotion on the court because it’s contagious, you can see it go to the whole team, the whole bench, everyone, it’s really awesome."
  9. Vic after the Aggie game: "Jordan Lee knows how hard she’s got to play, and she does every night, you know getting Justice and Bri in that same mode is where we’re at right now. When we can do that and it’ll really help us. You know Justice, I need Justice, I got to coach better, teach better, bottom line it’s on me. I got to coach better and teach better so we can get her in and get her some minutes, cause we need her desperately." So it's effort.
  10. Thanks for posting that. Sorry the young lady needs another surgery, but looking forward to watching her play next year. She always seems positive and supportive on the sidelines.
  11. Oldacre has a sister too? Noice. I would think the Abbie experiment is over, and I just can't see Moore keep trying to play. Vic talks about her struggles. That leaves Jak and Kyla?
  12. So how are we looking at forward and center next year?
  13. Concerned about Carlton. Really in Vic's doghouse at this point. I understand trying to motivate her, and we are winning (with the 4 guard line-up), but were are thin at forward and it will get worse next year. That's a lot of talent to lose, I hope she is invested.
  14. Kyla approves of this message.
  15. Shay 37 minutes, 6 for 8 from the field, 4 for 5 from three - 16 points. Huge for us today.
  16. That score is not gonna look like the game felt
