  1. Little known fact, but Chris Christie has been playing oline for us for a decade.
  2. Someone check if it has to be his personally signed jersey.
  3. And they just leveraged an expiring contract to trade for a young asset that should help their young star flourish. NBA rosters are fickle and I lean toward the play with patience side of things while trying to get out of bad contract hell.
  4. Made it to the western conference finals the year they completely reshuffled the roster at the trade deadline and you expect them to be desperate?
  5. She’s on my bucket list for that video.
  6. There’s one thing I know for certain… he’s never run full speed.
  7. We should have never allowed Lagaryon Carson to travel through Silsbee en route to Austin.
  8. His value is that high because of his social media presence. He would be paid directly by Instagram/tiktok and could facilitate other pay-per-post deals that would have nothing to do with our NIL deals.
  9. Analysis was he got asked to do too much on ignite this year and will hopefully find his rhythm not having to carry the load. Young with a ton of upside.
  10. I invested a lot in my first marriage but decided it was probably a good idea to no longer take that crazy bitches commitment.
  11. Your ability to shape a narrative is unmatched.
  12. I agree, that’s been my biggest concern. The land should not take much in terms of development to prepare it, but I don’t know the specific requirements of proximity to the grid/substation. We have received quotes for around $3 million to sell outright, but that would be a much more difficult conversation because it’s land that is jointly owned by multiple family members. We are hoping this is an accommodation to those that want to hold the land but still drive revenue and hopefully the value is that much greater for the next generation. It’s something we’re considering but the numbers I’ve seen don’t match the profits I know to be out there. Our family has hit a point where everyone is old/young enough to pitch in to business pursuits and I’m a big believer in working to get something done on your own accord before outsourcing. I’m just doing my due diligence on seeing if this isn’t something we can manufacture on our own and maximize the profits.
  13. I have seen examples of solar companies developing out as little as 10 acres. With the size of our land, I thought it could be something we could manage ourselves as long as the funding falls in place.
  14. Family and I are sitting on 100-acres of farmland in Parker County in which we are looking into developing a solar farm. The land is mostly flat and without trees, directly connected to the grid in Brock, Tx. I was hoping someone might have some insight to the developmental process/permits needed/companies in the industry/ESG partnering opportunities. We would like to keep this within the fold of our business and develop it ourselves if possible.
  15. Ironically, also the same day his season ended.
  16. Use words like insipid and call his mother the goblin shark of the human race to distract him while you fight.
  17. Your age has nothing to do with it, this football program can make any man soft. Speaking of, I’m developing a support group for those that need to talk about UT football. It’s called Flaccid Fans and you can join us at Denny’s after every home game.
