  1. The aggy football player that rapes women is covered up or fake news? They said they knew who the suspect was, yet no further updates? I guess the caution of, big ass dude raping women on campus - we know who he is, he's out there still, good luck females - works in that village.
  2. Other than that horrible sports coat with the odd stripes, Sark presents well and dresses perfect. He also presents well to the media. No regards on him representing - dressed right, speaks great to media. Let's get 10+ wins though.
  3. For a semi-decent accounting school, atm should know that's a liability not revenue. Maybe it's the scrutiny we put on atm, but that is a backwards program in every regard. The lies on championships, the cheating, the fools they hire, etc? How does a program do this for decades ... well, shit, over a generation. And they wonder why they are the laughing stock of programs. Absolute fools. Glad for my UT MPA and BBA degrees. Wow.
  4. We can wish or not on the hobbit's future. I want him there for decades. If shit starts coming out about hobbit covering up rapes again etc. wow, this gets ugly. I hope those women get support and help. Petrino seems logical for the next $100 M contract. His next best was $250k at some directional TN school? Makes sense for aggy. Wow on ugly. I couldn't imagine this and don't like it tbh.
  5. And at 5'7" he can look Jimbo directly in the eyes and profess his aggy loyalty. That new 5"11" LB they got seemed like a giant to Jimbo. SEC ready. Been working for the past decade. Go aggy.
  6. Small and slow BUT they beat out Baylor, Ole Miss, and CU as his best option. Apparently, we saved 25+ major programs (Who's Who offer list, similar to Hill) from dodging the Gullette bullet. When a young man has an offer list like Gullette, it's a damn strong indicator of potential and ability imo. Truly a delusional fan base.
  7. He blocks like a truck, lays his body out to make catches even after multiple injuries, and catches the ball. I'd take him over Worthy's piss ass, prima donna, non committal, NIL bullshit non-performance all day. JWitt is a player that gives his all. Yea, if not obvious, I want Worthy and his bullshit NIL gone. Let Cook own this with Neyor and JWitt. Worthy is a cancer, the last one. JWitt is a gem. Agree, Lhorn and well said.
  8. Neither is Worthy, but we continue to roll him out with his half assed play and lack of effort. He's obviously a scheme fit. Any BMD paying his NIL is a fool - move on. Get Duce and let's Cook!
  9. Please free up the Worthy NIL cash. The big body WR works with a few fast guys that can and will catch the ball. Git rid of Worthy, prima donna that is a clutch for Sark and this offense. Hello, WR portal to complement Cook. the 5'10" 160-170lb experiment is over. Also, get a LB and big DT.
  10. So true, sir. We can hope though! Audere est Facere
  11. Absolutely, perfectly stated. His effort is not positive for the WR room (on field). I hope Cook will redefine WR effort for us.
  12. LB yes - we have Ford (Maybe?), Hill coming in with other real talent that will need time to develop, then our existing JAGS - need a few edge/EDGE/eDgE/edGE/EDge - no clue. We have 15+ people that fit the profile and keep recruiting this position ala Billy Walton's of the world. I don't understand this position difference from a LB. We have almost 20% of our roster devoted to not the right people for it or our coaches are as clueless as I am on what they want here. A tall, fast, ~230 player? No idea, but it's not working. WR - big need. Let X go imo. Put that NIL to work on larger known pass catchers. Hope Neyor heals up.
  13. Worthy has shown he is fast once he has the ball in hand. He hasn't shown anything else this year. If he's going to hold UT to his NIL demands, move on. Watch the play of OU Mims (sp?) or FSU that tall WR that did miss one TD throw but proved it for over 200 yards. They may miss a few but give everything to try and had some spectacular catches that help their QB out. For a player the coaches laud about work ethic etc. , I don't see any of it on the field and this isn't the first game like this. Call him on NIL, let him go. Get some portal WRs to complement Cook. On Sark and Marion, I'm not seeing the benefit of the 5'10" 170lb WR room. This game screamed entitlement and not earning it at multiple skill positions. How much is coaching vs. effort, no clue. Defense had some issues but played well enough to win this game. Offense was bad - QE did what was asked, this isn't on him. Worthy is not a #1 WR, he's proved he is situational all year.
  14. he cost us points again. let him go.
  15. Get receivers that go up and get the ball and can catch. I'd be fine letting X go and redistribute that NIL.
  16. This is gold to help!
  17. Thank you all, especially Codaxx. I know that response took time and effort. 927 - yea but I loved being at the game in SA to beat Nebraska - 1 second and we torched their program. Defense was good enough. Seeing that 4th down TE call was glorious. Bad_teammate - how heavy do they need to be for that? Clearly I'm wrong on what we need. bschoolprof and I had similar misunderstandings it sounds like. Is 220lbs enough now?
  18. Sorry if wrong forum, it wouldn't let me post in Football. Can one of you more experienced football people help me understand what the Edge position is? When I went to UT - mostly Mackovic years - Priest, Ricky, etc we ran a defense I understood, 4-3-4 Stoney Clark in the middle along with other great players. Edge to me meant a DE usually 250lbs or more. It seems like all the "Edge" people we are recruiting are what I think of as LB 220ish guys. So is an "Edge" position what I would relate to an outside LB? Are true DE types gone in modern defenses? I just look at all these 210-220ish guys that to me (yea, I'm old) scream LB - like Walton, Burke, Finkley, etc but we have LB depth issues? To me it it seems like we have tons of LB bodies but I'm clearly missing something about DE vs. Edge now. Thank you BBA MPA from UT
  19. Sorry, that one annoyed me - it's a damn village at best. So how does Ritz Bitz recruit? Does he take the short bus from his village to a real city then fly to destinations? I don't follow them much. It seems rare that he or his staff visit schools or players? Maybe I'm wrong but I do see highlights of articles about Sark and company attending games, workouts, turning lights on in the gym in the morning for Arch and crew, etc. I've never seen anything (not a big look tbh) about a$m coaches doing these types of evaluations/visits? Do they fly in a gulfstream from random bma to cart him around? I'm sure some of you have more news on JWitt and Worthy. Seems to have shifted to positive today? I want to see Red, Brenan, Cook, Niblett shine but if we have a healthy Neyor and JWitt to press Worthy to reach his full potential, it could be magic.
  20. Population alone does not define a metro area or true city. By all other standards B/CS is damn a village. They have an airport a$m owns - awesome flight schedule: https://www.flyeasterwood.com/departures/ - 3 flights to Dallas per day - village. How do you get to B/CS https://www.rome2rio.com/s/Nearby-Airports/Bryan - take a damn bus from a city. Businesses located there: https://www.zippia.com/company/best-biggest-companies-in-college-station-tx/ - village, not even a city or town. Clearly left out the insurance agencies. A true metro area and city that is consistently rated as a top 10 place to live in the US, has beautiful scenery and attractions. Has real businesses people have heard of... the gem of Texas - Austin, a truly beautiful city in every respect. http://content.abia.org:8080/webfids/ - wow a real airport https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_companies_based_in_Austin,_Texas - shit I know these names! Facts matter - B/CS can keep inbreeding and making more cult fools but in every aspect other than cult members, it is a damn village of morons - not a town or city. Recruiting so on topic - would love to pull Moose or Stewart from the village. Hope we keep all of our coaches - Marion worries me with Tulsa. No inside info, I just read it as reported here or other free sites. Hook'em BBA MPA from a beautiful university in one of the best cities in the USA.
  21. I do not disagree. But I do know the UT lawyers can recommend top guys to our leadership. texam doesn't have that option.
  22. Just my thoughts, I have no inside information. texam will have a decent class. They are severely behind on setting up a legal way to NIL players with "the fund" which skims off the top and basically manages anything players can do. Welcome to not having a real law school. The spotlight from Saban and others have made donors shy. The bag dropping stuff scares them. IRS, federal and state laws. Big money isn't stupid. Fisher may appeal to their fan base, but acts like a clown (Herman did similar in his career here - hated that hire). Recruits and media see this. He set FSU back a decade and will do the same at texam over time. Can you imagine if Sark acted like Jimbo, talked like him, etc. (Herman)? I'm very positive on Sark, give him time to develop his kids. You can't find a single thing of him not acting with class and respect at UT (he even dresses cool). Jimbo - quite the opposite - a parrotting fool. Over the next 2 years the transfer portal will be brutal to texam. They have no QB, a good defense and run game but that won't cut it in Jimbo's archaic offense. I'm glad Jimbo has a long contract with them.
  23. Time of game won't matter. It's hot in Tuscaloosa, I was born there and lived in LA (the shit LA , state LSU). I just hope QE isn't injured in this game. Our OL isn't ready for what Bama will do. Two years, game on.
  24. You missed 2005 then - I think that was the Shaggy days or some other now defunct site? It was awesome. It's coming, we actually have linemen now. It will take a year though. I don't expect too much this year. Next year, I expect a LOT.
