  1. Come on. The Cloak Room isn’t quite that bad.
  2. We should consider adding a portal RB. There are plenty out there. Baxter has looked below average. He trips a lot. He does down with little contact. I’m just not seeing much with him. So far he looks like another Vondrell McGee.
  3. Negotiated departure. His contract doesn’t have offset for future earnings. Maybe he’s not happy there and told ags he would let them offset earnings from future job like West Virginia or some type of negotiated out. Say he gets $4 million for 5 years from WVU. And lets ags offset that against the $75 million. I could see some sort of negotiated out if he’s miserable there or realizes it’s just not happening.
  4. You don’t think going 3 of 15 on third downs contributed to the game being close in addition to his two turnovers? He was awful. He’s lucky BYU and K State defenders dropped his errant throws or he’d have about 4 more turnovers. My main issue with Maalik is he was playing like he was afraid to take a hit. He’s either hurt and cannot take contact or he’s afraid of contact. Watch his pathetic effort on his pick against BYU. Watch him just throw the ball up for grabs on screens when the defense get nears him. If he’s afraid of contact, I don’t get it. He’s as big as most defenders.
  5. Not sure you realize how the other half lives. Drive around any big city. The bottom half lives in multi-family dwellings. Takes public transportation. Does not go on vacation. Does not have F350s, Fifth Wheel trailers, boats, guided fishing trips, long plane flights to the South Pacific, drives to the mountains, 3-4 vehicles, or houses on the lake. I doubt anyone on this board who is college educated can say they are in the bottom half of carbon footprint when you look at everything.
  6. Well, Troph was the one bitching about being called hypocritical.
  7. I would not call you gullible. You are hypocritical. Just accept it. Your carbon footprint is much larger than the average human despite your stated concern about climate change. Boats, diesel trucks, multiple ICE engines, nice house out on the lake, big 5th wheel, lots of travel to exotic places, guided fishing trips. By the way, I like EVs. They make a lot of sense. My new truck is a hybrid. But I bought it not because of any concern about climate change. I bought it because it gets about four more miles to the gallon than my old truck and it has an onboard generator. Not going full electric because I live in Houston and we get hurricanes.
  8. Because people are a lot of talk and hypocrites about most things, including "sustainable" living.
  9. A "mental health advocate"? Everyone is something these days, I guess.
  10. The Addazio contract is a nothingburger. Do not want to defend the Ags, but it is basically papering up his contract for this season and in no way impedes them getting rid of him cheaply after the season. He is clearly done. Liucci is the canary in the coal mine with Ag coaches. And he has all but said expect staff changes. Got to think Addazio is going to be one of the ones gone.
  11. What does your F350 run on? Or your ski boat?
  12. I just cannot imagine re-signing him. He is old, fat, slow, cannot hit, and cannot play defense. Get a rookie from Triple A that costs less and who you will never be tempted to start more than one time per week. Or some league average backup veteran.
  13. My grandmother is 90 years old and wealthy. I’m sure the drama is coming.
  14. Has A&M football paid back their loan to school?
  15. I piss in the backyard to save water. I feel like I'm doing my part.
  16. Any chance he would like to play a little left guard for the rest of the season? Maybe get him some reps if we get a lead and see how it looks? Banks Williams Majors Campbell Jones, left to right, would gruntle me.
  17. And Jared Wiley being able to hold without consequence on explosive plays.
