  1. One of those fools said we had an early playoff exit last year. Our 2023 season was better than every A&M football season since 1939.
  2. Punter was the one roster hole I thought we had back in August. Didn't realize Auburn was going to start shitting himself on 40+ yarders.
  3. Let's see who is available after any 2025 recruits want to back out after the inevitable coaching carousel.
  4. I liked when he played a 1980s pirate in Summer Rental.
  5. I trust those two and Sark with his QB selections.
  6. Flood has a proven track record. He went out and got guys he wanted. I just don't worry about the OL with him. Don't even count Banks. Look it guys who weren't super blues he developed -- Cam Williams, Jake Majors, Christian Jones, Goosby, Hayden Connor, etc.
  7. When you say anterless, do you mean a fawn buttonhead?
  8. He turned 18 in September. Which is standard and on the older side for what should be a senior in high school.
  9. We flipped one and held onto our guys. That works for me. maybe we have a 1 in 4 shot of flipping Terry.
  10. They put in the scoreboard because the addition of the Zone seating blocked the view of the scoreboard from the pet cemetery. I guess the dead dogs can see through their coffins and dirt but not the stadium.
  11. Didn't Jimbo say there was no NIL for the A&M 2022 class? That was just good old fashioned bag dropping and ignoring NCAA Covid restrictions on in person recruiting
  12. Quinn has been inconsistent since his injury. I am hoping he improves and becomes more consistent and cuts out the soul crushing errors. One thing he has done better is limit the three and outs that were killing us in earlier post injury games this year.
  13. Remote traps are the best thing. We also heli hunt them. Between the two, it keeps the population down. Need to get into thermals. I think that can also be a big help. And it's fun.
  14. I am guessing the LSU DB who was a previous commit.
  15. We have a place there. I love the skiing. Lift tickets are cheap for resort skiing. Can get foggy at the top. I ski blue groomers pretty exclusively and it has plenty of long blues to satisfy me. I love the area.
  16. That's right. Watch the replay. The side of Mukuba's helmet contacts the receivers face mask. I don't think you can really target with the side of the helmet.
  17. Once I saw it was the side of Mukuba’s helmet contact the face mask of the runner, I knew it wasn’t targeting.
  18. Wasn’t debatable to me. Unless you can target with the side of your helmet.
  19. All three replay reversals were the correct calls. I guess they’re pissed the on field errors were corrected.
  20. I was annoyed we would line up immediately after those first two injury delays. Huddle up and slow down. We could have burned an extra minute of game clock. After the first two we slowed it down.
  21. He was held back for sports. He really didn’t graduate early. He was 18 at graduation.
  22. Thanksgiving morning buck my son (15) killed in deep East Texas while hunting with his grandfather. He has killed quite a few deer before at our place in south Texas. This is the smallest by far. But none as special as this one. Since he was two, he has hunted on my wife’s family’s land that his grandfather grew up on and that had been in their family for generations. He was hunting with his granddad, who is 87 years young, thanksgiving morning when he shot this buck. He ran about 100 yards despite a perfectly placed shot. He followed the blood trail and recovered the deer. My son and my father in law have hunted together countless times for over a decade — yesterday was the day it finally paid off after numerous close calls, passing on deer who weren’t wide enough to be lawful, and plenty of hunts without seeing much. Typical East Texas hunting I’m so proud he was able to get a deer with his grandfather. It reminds me of hunting with my granddad, which are some of my best memories I think about often. So this makes me smile. Hunting isn’t about the harvest. It’s about everything else. But this is a great bonus and will be a core memory for him. At 87 I’m not sure how many hunts my father in law has left. So in my book it’s a special deer. 16 inch inside spread. Broken g2 on right side. Young deer. 2.5. But I’m going to euro mount it for him any way.
