  1. Totally the right move. Though I was talking about this with a curator. He said as the greatest generation passes, they're acquiring a ton of this stuff - more than they need to tell the story. He says they don't need anymore Lugers. They've got that covered.
  2. There are some significant historical inaccuracies in the equipment at the WWII museum. For example, the F4U they have hanging up there is a -4 model, but is painted as a much earlier model. I suspect this is because they wanted to represent the earlier model, but that wasn't available to them. They aren't making a lot of F4U-1s these days, and the last one I saw for sale was $1M. That was airworthy, which commands a premium, but still. To me, that's a misrepresentation, but not my museum. There were plenty of -4s that served and it could've been painted to represent any one of those. With the Sherman, I suspect it's the same thing. Most likely, they couldn't source a proper 76mm gun. While it's a great museum, I feel like they spent a lot on A/V, and not enough on the actual artifacts and their explanations. They should have spent some time seeing how the Imperial War Museum does it. They're gold standard. Awesome opportunity to be there for that event though.

  5. No way. Epstein only went for underage hotties. She's neither.

  9. I don't think tfg has the stones to go after the intelligence services in a real way. He knows they're smarter and more ruthless than him.
  10. Tariffs is a smart play to tfg’s ginormous ego. Well played ladybug.
  11. Here.
  12. Even if you're the richest man in the world, you're still going to be the frog, and he's still going to be a scorpion.
  13. The first makes sense because all he cares about is money. The second would be my wish, but I just don’t see him sending more aid to Ukraine. I hope he proves me wrong.
  14. I was just going to post this. President Camacho actually cared - in his dumbass way - about improving things for his people. The current fucking guy does not.
  15. The link doens't work and I"m not going on Truth. What power is Congress suggested to give tfg? Because giving him anymore power seems like a bad idea no matter what it is.
  16. Cien por ciento verdad, right here.
  17. Some of those Tu-22Ms looked like they had moss growing on them. I wonder who has to be the poor jackwaggon that has to put the (obviously worthless) tires on top of those things then hurl them off and pile them up for every mission.
  18. Chickens coming home to roost?
