  1. That is fighting words, my friend
  2. ACC finishes the ball season 2-11. FSU can’t understand why an undefeated season in that powerhouse conference didn’t get them in the playoff last year. I know y’all insist you don’t care how well your conference does, but it can absolutely make a difference in the perception of the various committees whether you belong in a particular bowl or playoff.
  3. I’m not going to judge you for selling drugs, but I have a problem with you turning in Dr. Richard Kimball
  4. The matter with Oklahoma? We’re gonna need a bigger thread.
  5. I bet you get to meet a lot of nice simpatico women…
  6. there is, of course, a forever exception if Notre Dame plays Georgia.
  7. what if you can get them to eliminate the third quarter?
  8. Not when your vodka martini is made with pomegranate juice. Checkmate, Mr. Health Guy!
  9. ….allegedly…. but given that both Vince and Amy were their spouses’ big financial resource (and divorce the last bite at the money apple), the fact that lawyers for their exes went after them with any salacious claim that would help them in the court of public opinion - and perhaps help get more $ in a better settlement - isn’t that far-fetched a guess either. But I don’t give a shit if they did. They seem like soulmates and very much in love for a long time. That is about the best thing you can find in life.
  10. Percy Harvey. God bless…
  11. The difference between a hit and a bit…this escapes you, I see.
  12. Having met the entire cast and enjoyed a dinner at Phil and Bree Hartman‘s house, I can confirm that Rogan is a meathead. But his meat headedness has nothing to do with the insane dumbfuck that is Andy Dick. If John Lovitz thought he could get away with a hit on Andy, he’d be a dead man.
  13. I meant that the position of the chains on the sideline looked to be before where the yellow line across the field was artificially placed. I was day drinking, so I’m not saying my recollection is correct - just that I have a fuzzy memory of it.
  14. Let he who hasn’t banged Amy Grant on a leopard skin jacket cast the first stone
  15. I distinctly remember seeing where the first down marker pole and chain were shorter than the start of the yellow line. I remember thinking everyone’s going by the yellow line, but I don’t think the yellow line reflects the true position of the first down to make
  16. i’m sure Rogan interrogated him with hard hitting questions like, “ really, that’s fascinating…” Blagovich was perhaps the most deserving person of criminal time you could possibly imagine. But having said that, I have no doubt that the FBI and justice department could’ve violated his rights in all kinds of ways trying to get a conviction for a crime for which he was guilty as hell.
  17. this is the stupid part pronghorn. It doesn’t show anything but your lack of critical thinking skills and your misguided belief that anyone should talk to the FBI in a situation like that. Exhibit A - why don’t you talk to Richard Jewell * about whether you can trust law enforcement to act correctly when they are bound and determined to find a terrorist. Exhibit B - Louisiana insurance commissioner was indicted and convicted for lying to an FBI officer in his questioning about the legality. It turns out the insurance commissioner had not done nothing wrong, so the lying to cop thing was the only avenue they had to get him. The FBI agent took notes of the discussion, and when the insurance commissioner asked for production of the notes to show that he had not lied, the federal fifth circuit court of appeal said he had no right to see or use the agent’s notes to prove he had not lied and was innocent. Any Christian pastor who wasn’t a numbskull should tell his congregation the exact same thing if congregation members were being interviewed by the FBI and law-enforcement *Edit: oops. he dead
  18. The kid had 143 yards rushing (90 more yards rushing than the entire Texas backfield put together), 42 passing yards (one pass for a touchdown), and 99 receiving yards. That’s 284 yards of offense. Just him. And he either ran or threw for every touchdown ASU made. You are free to disagree. Personally, I think the greatest play in the whole damn game was the fourth and forever touchdown pass in OT. Folks can disagree for sure, but it is the farthest thing possible from a ‘bitch move’ or a slight at Texas. IMO
