They overlooked OU? When a loss would have almost certainly knocked them out of playoff contention. Right.
But that’s the mantra of the sec this year. Judge them by their best games, ignore the losses.
Agreed. And Alabama wasn't just beat by OU, they were WHIPPED by OU.-

So there is a potential this weekend for Texas, Oregon, SMU, and Arizona State to all immediately walk into their new conferences and win them?
I'm beginning to see why some of the old schools didn't favor allowing the new schools into their conferences. 😀

Would be neat to have a good GM for this situation
I just read that Stanford has made Andrew Luck the GM of their football program.

Miller Moss in the portal. An A&M friend told me the Aggies are "looking at him."

One of the best portal pickups of the entire portal era. Who thought a grad transfer from SMU would be the best runner of maybe the SEC this year?
WTF? Tre has been here since he was a freshman.

This was the greatest post in the history of Longhorn forums. I laughed so freakin' hard. I called my dad and read it to him (giving him the proper context of course) and when he heard "perpair to loose this football game" he almost ruptured a kidney.-

Wife and I thought it was hilarious. Two leads are excellent together. Bit of a "Catastrophe" vibe.
Holy hell, thanks for the recommendations. This show is OUT FREAKIN' STANDING!
I just finished s1 E6, the birthday episode where we meet her stepfather at his home. I'm dyin'.
I read that it's an international smash hit and that the first season won a ton of awards.
Guardian reviewer gave both the first and second seasons five stars:

Called He's gonna call me back. I can probably convince him to do $60 dollar cover buffet and a few drinks included maybe we will come up with a gimmick flash lapdance special for scores lol
Oh, man ... I hate to say it but there's no way my gf would go there.
Looks like it will be Meanwhile or Lustre Pearl for me. -

Is there interest in doing this? Are people just gonna watch at home?
What area of town would be of interest, what do we want as a group etc.
Obviously we want game sound on. Do we want drink specials and food etc?
If we can get 40+ people committed to spend $50 on average on food and beverage from 6-10ish we can likely get an entire bar or at least a substantial section somewhere.
For that kind of money we can also just buy a ton of beer and booze, hire a bartender and have a watch party somewhere as long as we have space. I have space, but a pretty inconvenient to town location to host.
Open to feedback, I'm planning on just doing a pork belly and smoking wings and having some friends over if there isn't a watch party we wanna do as surly.
We're in. What about Lustre Pearl east? They have a great setup for games, good beer, lots of space, and it's sort of centrally located. -

It has been reported that this is a line from a recent Kendrick Lamar release. -
I wonder if Alex Mastromanno is looking to leave a terrible FSU team.

Anthony Richardson was 11/28 passing yesterday for no touchdowns in the Colts loss to Detroit ---- IN A DOMED STADIUM. Perfect conditions.
I don't understand what the Colts are doing. Are you telling me that Sam freakin' Ehlinger can't hit more than 11 out of 28 passes? -
