  1. Can only trust Sark to blow a lead. Texas 31 KState 32 Texas jumps out to 21 to 0 lead, then ignores Rojo the entire 2nd half. The only Running Back to carry the ball the last 2 quarters for us is Bijan, who is overdue for an injury. Prop: 76, 48 yards.
  2. Seahawks D inspired...Jones will give Dallas fits, but he has cooled off in 2nd half.
  3. Here we go with Nevada defense should let Jose score, so Nevada can get one chance to tie the game or with a 2 pointer win the game. Let's see if San Jose kneels on the one a couple of times or just goes ahead and scores.
  4. and finally the TD...about to be a tie game.
  5. Jose QB looked lost like Joe Biden on that play, faking to nobody.
  6. great matchup here with Nevada leading San Jose.. Jose just had miracle catch that bounced off defender. will score in a minute.
  7. The A+ example of my generation was Jack Nicklaus. He balanced family, playing golf professionally to the highest level possible, and his retirement career, designing golf courses. The proof of all of that was when he had his son caddy for him at the 1986 Masters. Every caddy on the tour nowadays is a professional, but Jack used an amateur who happened to be his son. Roger Staubach is another example of keeping things balanced.
  8. made lasagna - sauce from scratch...really like pesto in lasagna...nice zing, and new to me. Used ricotta cheese for the first time. Not worth the trouble imo, I used quite a bit. stretched out sauce with a little too much beef broth...made from the powder. Have one small pan in freezer and over half the big pan still left. Got enough lasagna for lunches at work for 8 to 10 days. Impressed health conscious roommate with Brussel sprouts with nothing except salt and pepper. She also liked the idea of scratch made sauce, but I cautioned her about the broth made from the powder. MSG most likely in that she said, but took some saucy lasagna.
  9. I didn't think OSU played like a top 15 team but I don't know much. What I do know is that it is the coaches job to hold the players accountable, and to stick with the gameplan. I find it very hard to believe the gameplan was to have Rojo with 3 or less carries in the 2nd half. And of course it is obvious that no coach was going to hold Ewers or receivers accountable for the bad pass plays. After about two series of that stuff, I think most on this board were calling for Card or running game only. Of course there is also the option of shorter passes. When was the last time we completed a slant? Out? Curl? I loved the old-fashioned RB screen against IState. With Card, you would have had the threat of a QB run, and we saw what happened on the one play called back when Ewers ran. winnable game, need better coaching.
  10. Today didn't change my opinion one bit. I predicted a loss on the other thread to the tune of 45-35. I didn't see this thread, but I would have said 3-2. Still believe there are three wins out there.
  11. I'm a little surprised there haven't been more interceptions of Ewers. As bad as he is, that is the only thing left, a house call.
  12. hmm, another chance.
  13. Never predicted the offense to fold like this. I'm late to this, but whoever said it you're right, we need a defensive TD now.
  14. get the ball to Rojo.
  15. snapping that ball.......dumbest thing I've seen in a while.
  16. 3rd and PK..again...stopped!!!!
  17. Dusty rooting for catch.
  18. does sidearm mean his shoulder is hurting? That out pass did not look very good.
  19. We will find out for real if Sanders is hurt now.
  20. I'll take it, but wish we could at least give the ball to Rojo.
  21. okay run three plays and kick a FG.
  22. he might be hurting now.
  23. I don't buy Sanders hurt, but OSU did have 2 running plays in a row.
