  1. Nice to root for a new challenger once in a while. I've certainly got no love for Stanford.
  2. Hey ESPN, we'd love to listen to some biomechanics interviews during live action of the College World Series. Thanks for that.
  3. Fuck Wake just cant get anything going
  4. Second hanging pitch he's looked at
  5. Coulda been a LOT worse. Got a little help from blue, I think.
  6. Hmmm. Not sure about either of those called strike 3's
  7. This Wake pitcher has to have a shampoo commerical. Loaded, 1-out. A little Omaha nerves.
  8. Wake dude throws a beauty of a slider but the changeup isn't fooling anyone
  9. How many pitchers did FL bring to Omaha? Might wanna use another one of 'em, I think.
  10. Ain't no plays at the plate that time, boyo.
  11. I wonder how many would recognize Richard Armitage as Dolarhyde. I'd seen him in a BBC tv show called MI-5 (Released as "Spooks" in Britain, I believe) and really liked him. Thought he was terrific as Frances Dolarhyde. And Thorin Oakenshield, for that matter. Hannibal was probably the most haunting tv show I'd seen. The atmosphere was gothic, dreamlike, and it promoted a general sense of unease. I thought Kubrick would've been proud of how it got straight to the subconscious.
  12. That show revealed that Gillian Anderson would be sexy as hell on Xanax.
  13. I think I've watched it all the way through 3 times. It's exceptional, period. Madds gets all the attention for Lecter and it's 100% deserved but Hugh Dancy gave a tour de force performance as Will Graham.
  14. Holy fuck this ump in Baton Rouge is all kinds of bad.
  15. Riley Cooper gains 5 pounds a week, I swear.
  16. Recently watched the episode where Johnny Cash is a gospel folk singer who murders his wife and a young choir member he boinked when she was underage, so the wife is extorting him to keep releasing hits and selling out venues to build a new tabernacle by dragging the jail-bait with them everywhere they go. I really would've preferred Columbo let the bad guy have this one. The wife (played by Ida Lupino) was enough to turn anyone into a murderer. You also have to admire how he killed them DB Cooper style. Loved this show during my 70's childhood. Loved it.
