  1. Does anybody want me to spoiler tag theories regarding episodes that have aired? I'll do it this time, but not in the future unless someone makes a case for it:
  2. You're referring to episode 7, with the autopsy?
  3. You sitting in the Murdaugh's seats? I hear they're empty
  4. Stupid fuckin bunt. Stupid motherfucking bunt
  5. Fucken small ball moves runner to 2nd.
  6. Lead off hit edit: For Fullerton, I mean.
  7. Jeus fuck kid swing the bat. Right down broadway on a 3-2 count fml
  8. I'd like to see him locate one over the outfield wall right here.
  9. Bruno looking wild af for Stanford. Let Fullerton tie it up then play 8 extra innings.
  10. Clemson down to their last out. Nobody on base.
  11. Clemson avoided disaster there but I think they're headed to bat in the 9th so do or die.
  12. My whole life, I've never heard anyone comment on it, but to me it jumps off the screen every single time: His stride was incredible, and to me looks much more elongated than it should for a RB of his height/length of leg. Combined with the strength in those pistons you mentioned, the power generated by that stride of his had to have played a huge part in guys bouncing off him like bowling pins.
  13. And oh, I almost forgot: Give me Dana Delaney as Josephine over Joanna Going every day of the week. I'd let her sing Red River Valley to me every night in bed, and then I'd thank her. http://youtu.be/qlsBKfhmgZY?t=13
  14. Costner took himself and the story too seriously, which made it pretentious. I will say, Dennis Quaid did a fine portrayal of Doc Holliday, and given that I've devoured just about everything you can find in print about Doc Holliday, I'd say Quaid's portrayal was much more true what Doc was really like--angry, drunken, deadly with a six shooter, and fully resentful of his life being robbed from him an inch at a time over the years. f Val Kilmer was way more entertaining as Doc, though. Obviously. Johnny Ringo and his brooding, the mystery behind his self loathing and anger at the world... Biehn knocked it out of the park. Billy Bob Thornton provided some fantastic comic relief and an opportunity for Wyatt to demonstrate what a bad ass he was. Powers Booth made Curly Bill an interesting character. I could go on, but you get the point. It's a superior film because it's full of really good actors delivering some great portrayals, and as such it's a lot of fun from the opening scene till the end of the movie.
  15. She loses a lot of motivation to kneecap Ken if she doesn't know she's married to the CEO.
  16. So we had the scene at the beach, where it looked like there might actually be some progress, some growth, some "let's work together, for real" with Roman and Shiv swimming out to the platform to anoint their brother, followed by the meal fit for a king ceremony, and I actually thought it possible, for a moment, they recognized the need to work together to keep the business in the family and that only one of them could sit in the big chair, so they were going to have to rise above their insecurities and emotional immaturity and greed, etc. And of course they couldn't manage that for 24 hours. Shiv couldn't handle Ken winning, so she torpedoed the deal because being the winner's wife is closer to the throne than being his sister, and the most pathetic moment of that whole episode was Tom holding his hand out and her placing her hand on his in the most loveless act of affection/partnership one could witness. That scene was just nauseating. I'm actually happy for Roman. He needs to dive into some real therapy and get as far from that business and his family as he can. Connor is so detached from reality I'm not sure what's actually possible with him, but Roman has a real chance to be a decent guy with a reasonably happy life if he confronts his demons and grows up. Speaking of growing up, Ken is about 8 years old, emotionally, and watching him beg Shiv not to change her vote was physically painful. That guy's damaged 9 ways to Sunday and he's gonna overdose--deliberately or accidentally--or opt for some other suicide vehicle. I'm seriously glad this show's over. I think anybody with a history of alcoholism/addiction can relate to many aspects of the Roy kids' personalities and their character defects and it ain't fun. This was one of the most honest shows I've seen and it wasn't pretty.
  17. I'm only on the 2nd episode of season 2, but did Sheriff Boyd ever bother asking who or what threw the rope down to him? And did that entire dungeon just disappear when he walked "out the door?" This season has gotten way more "Lost-ish" in a hurry.
  18. It worked just fine, didn't it?
  19. Boardwalk Empire doesn't make your Top 5, huh?
  20. Legionairy Pullo get BACK IN FORMATION!! "Very important: When you couple with her, there's this spot, just above her cunny. Like a little button. Now... attend to that button, and she will open up like a flower!" "HOW DO YOU KNOW THIS OF HER?!" "ALL women have them! Ask anybody!"
  21. Yes. All I've seen is season 1 plus the first episode of season 2, which I just finished a moment ago.
  22. No, it's definitely as good as we said. That's an exceptionally good film and those are damned hard to come by
  23. Well I got through the finale with the lighthouse and the foghorns. The voice on the radio creeped me the fuck out. That was one of the most legit scary moments in a movie/tv series I've ever seen. Very, very well done!
