  2. That was supposed to be a run so prolly an illegal man downfield
  3. Stop throwing flags if there's no foul.
  4. That reminded me of Sean Connery in Untouchables, chasing the guy across a field near the Canadian border, before firing his weapon and declaring, Okay, enough of this running shit.
  5. OL getting worked
  6. Hell of a pass and catch
  7. Poor end to that drive.
  8. Actually, I probably should've said, "got a big laugh from the laugh track." I don't think Night Court had a live audience.

The answer is and forever will be The Godfather Part II. While I enjoy The Godfather a little more than the sequel (Brando is a tour de force; it's really the first mob film set within that world, the events seen from their perspectives), I can still acknowledge that Part II is a magnum opus. And I don't agree that Godfather II is both a sequel and prequel. It's a sequel with occasional flashbacks.
  10. There was a scene in the sitcom Night Court when Dan Fielding is sitting in a chair being questioned about something, and he gets a little nervous, then pulls out a couple of ball bearings from his pocket and starts rotating them in his hand. Got a big laugh from the crowd, but I had no idea what that was about. Some years later I saw the Caine Mutiny and finally got it.
  11. Yes, the last project for Reddick and Friedkin both.
  12. I'd never so much as heard of this film until today. Written and directed by William Friedkin, one of the heavyweights over the last 50 years. Insanely high reviews on Rotten Tomatoes from critics and fans. Has anybody watched this? The original was great but this one appears to take place entirely in the courtroom.
  13. I've been asking that question since the 1970's so the answer is never.
  14. That's what you deserve for only rushing two people Coaches are the stupidest humans on the planet
  15. Couldn't agree more, and I actually thought Rooney Mara was terrific in the American version.
  16. I'll never understand editing in Hollywood. In the theatrical cut you mentioned, they cut out some completely essential stuff as far as the plot's concerned, specifically: how does a poor blacksmith in France immediately turn into an expert siege engineer? They completely altered and therefore destroyed the plot of I Am Legend in the same way.
  17. Took State 44 seconds to go 3 and out
  18. Good Lord. Diggs goes down, and an NFL record setter takes his place
  19. I guess they got tired of toying with them and then opened the can of whoop ass.
  20. He's been an upgrade over Moore. Hands down.
  21. That's at least the 3rd time Romo has said the Cowboys can win the Super Bowl
  22. A Redskin by any other name can eat shit.
  23. Fuck. Yes.
  24. Finally. Fucker's been avoiding too many sacks
  25. That drop doesn't happen if the 2nd down throw to a wide open Pollard gets completed
