  1. It really isn’t astonishing. The vast majority won’t even be aware of it. The foxnews anger manufacturing plant won’t mention it. However, they’ll talk about hillary’s emails for three years straight.
  2. sprve? c’mon man. spellcheck.
  3. Yeah, that’s my bad. I distinctly remember commentary in 2003 about the 10 billion loan, its timing with the UN security vote as powell was drumming up support with our allies and forming the coalition of the willing, and commentary that the 10 billion loan was timed to it. I didn’t find live links that support my statement. I found one that looked related but it was a dead CNN link. I concede to you and @WhatTheBuck
  4. Agree to disagree
  5. I saw straight through the Iraq WMD bullshit in spring of 2003, and remember this clearly. This loan secured israel’s vote. They were not on board until they got money.
  6. It was not a commonly held belief at the time. Our allies were willing partners in the afghanistan war. When iraq came around, key partners were unwilling to approve of it. Key examples are france, hence the freedom fries thing, and israel. We had to load 10 billion to israel to secure their vote at the UN.
  7. Trump is the manifestation of everything they are and everything they aspire to be.
  8. appropriate gif is appropriate
  9. Has anyone downloaded Signal and been added to SecDef chat yet?
  10. Tourism down in vermont. And how did the people of jay county vermont vote? Seems that people along the border don’t like how the canucks maintain their lawns or something. We’re headed to maine for a week next month. We’re staying at one of the hotels in the kennebunkport resort collection. I’m gonna see if I can get a free bottle of bubbly by demonstrating my authentic canadian vernacular, eh. Will report back on my success. We’re also staying around camden for a few days. Will make it to acadia for a day before it’s sold off as timber.
  11. I usually drink up the schadenfreude from these stories but this guy’s self awareness makes him endearing.
  12. All of these dumbfucks can go fuck themselves. Eat shit, the lot of you. This is really good. Bravo.
  13. I really thought you were gonna finish this with the punchline from blazing saddles. Disappointed. I need a laugh this morning.
  14. The site behavior is weird. I quoted jimmyjazz, and your quote attributed to me what jimmyjazz said.
  15. During the pandemic, I went to my state representative’s office to request a meeting to discuss concerns. I was dressed professional out of respect. There was one person in the office; I expect he was probably an intern. I respectfully requested the meeting. He said he would pass along the request. I did hear back, and the rep actually did help me out. The intern had a look of terror in his eyes as I spoke with him. Again, I was as non- threatening as I could possibly be: polite, clear in my request, pleasant. To the point, I think a presence at your local rep’s office would get their attention. Nothing insulting. Nothing about a specific policy point. At this point, it should be a bipartisan effort to fight tyranny. This point is not debatable.
  16. We aren’t your people, you fat stupid cunt
  17. That would get the attention of business. Holy shit.
  18. I get what you’re saying. I considered it. But, the act of tyranny is not isolated to a single person right now. Noem is the face of tyranny. Using “tyrant” implies trump, and only trump, is the tyrant. That is not the case.
  19. Off topic but based on your posts, you’re in the whitttier area? I did a work project there several years ago and really liked the area. Nice downtown area. Nicely updated craftsmanship homes. I drove up through turnbull canyon to check it out.
  20. This gives me hope
  21. I’m seeing a number of videos with this theme in my ig feed. Clowning the trump narrative
