  5. Flying has become so much more pleasant once noise canceling headphones were invented.
  6. Going to a show with your kid is a cool experience. Took mine to a couple when he was in maybe 5th or 6th grade. We saw Stick Figure in a small (all ages) show in deep ellum and Matisyahu at southside ballroom.
  7. Live look at @Not that Bob logging into surly

  9. From the article - Reinfection also contributes to diabetes, kidney disease and mental health issues. I’ve gotten covid twice, vaccinated and boosted. I do know covid won’t give me diabetes cause I’ve been a type 1 for 35 years. So, I’ve got that going for me. Maybe I’ll just lose my mind Pixies style.
  10. I suspect the guy wearing camo and the hawaiian shirt doesn’t really understand the purpose of camo. Or maybe his mom forgot to wash his camo shirt.
  11. This feels like a Dirty Rotten Scoundrels reboot
  12. I’m gonna have a really difficult time not cracking some Police Academy joke when I see it knowing full well I’ll be greeted by Gen Z confused looks.
  13. I’m team museum. I’m taking my nephew to tour a few NE law schools in a couple weeks. Looking forward to seeing the Gutenberg Bible at Yale.
  14. I called to praise them on their support to re-introduce the FCC Fairness Doctrine as that appears to be their motive given the event’s description and point out it’s illegal for their keynote speaker to attend. But their voicemail is full.
  15. The tub club always looked like a reputable place with its grey cinder block construction.
  16. Curious as to where they’ll put it. The footprint of that park is already a bit frankenstein-ish. We went there last Sept and were underwhelmed by the Harry Potter area. Their limited real estate makes making a large area difficult.
  17. I member when Frisco was just one stop light on a 2 lane 121 at Preston. And Michelle’s ranch.
