  1. Boebert and MTG. That’s what you are and who you support. A clown, you are. - Yoda
  2. Well my theory is that you have a secret sock(s) that constantly reps Hugo so you can then turn around and bitch about it. Prove me wrong.
  3. Stop repping him! You’re upsetting the sack!!!!
  4. You voted for trump in 2020 did you not? Passenger on the Epstein pedo express?
  5. What’s not a joke is you bringing up the time you spent 10k to watch rats fuck because you were mad at what the libs did to donkey dong Doug at his confirmation hearing. That was some serious cloak room business right there.
  6. Ok I read the transcript. Not particularly closely but here goes. Thomas and Alito will vote to overturn Roe and Donkey dong Doug and Amy likely will as well. The 3 libs will of course not do so and Roberts and Gorsuch are looking for a middle ground. Which would be exactly what the owners want. No true resolution. Guess we shall see what happens.
  7. Potted plant Thomas now questioning the other side. He has never spoken this much before by far.
  8. This Stewart guy, who Justice Roberts refers to as “general” Stewart, is actually doing a good job arguing on behalf of Mississippi. Not that it really matters anyway. This oral argument is all for show.
  9. Liberal justices next giving speeches disguised as questions. Not particularly helpful.
  10. I just started reading the transcript and am struck that the greatest potted plant on the Supreme Court, justice Thomas, who never asks anything, asks the first question and follows up on it too.
  11. Exactly those people don’t exist. If there’s a CU fan at a bowl game in Dallas it’s because they already live in Dallas.
  12. I probably will but am waiting to see how this latest chapter unfolds. Covid sort of put it all on hold. The DNA found should have been the big break years ago. It’s become harder and harder to ignore over time.
  13. I don’t know for sure but I have long suspected it for a whole bunch of reasons. Very long story and somewhat off topic to this thread, although not completely. What I do know is that there is DNA evidence out there that could help solve it that the FBI won’t release and Travis county prosecutors and certain elements of APD don’t want. They’ve known about it for a long time too.
  14. https://www.statesman.com/in-depth/news/2021/12/01/1991-austin-yogurt-shop-murders-cold-case-unresolved-anniversary-teen-girls/8586938002/ “Experts say any breaks in the Austin's yogurt shop murders case likely will come from a confession from the killer or someone who knew the killer.” Yeah after 30 years that’s gonna happen. Thanks experts!
  15. That’s not what I said. But the FBI is currently clearly covering up DNA evidence that could lead to solving the crime. Just like APD and Travis county prosecutors did before them. Surely you are smart enough to connect the potential dots as to why?
  16. It’s law enforcement covering up crimes among their own. I realize there is a difference between the FBI, CIA and Mossad.
  17. Some law enforcement officials argue that using partial DNA could help them identify suspects in hard-to-solve cases. But skeptics argue that the practice unfairly casts aspersions on large groups of family members who are likely uninvolved in crime. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/investigations/2020/02/16/austin-yogurt-shop-murder-cold-case-hinges-dna-fbi-wont-share/4762436002/ Yeah. Let’s not solve the crime and hide the evidence because of the threat of aspersions on family members. Makes sense to me!

  19. Hilarious. You have actual discourse on the HF/shaggy board because it was an Obama/Clinton bash fest and now that it’s not you run away. We will mark this day as the loss of your contributions though in membrance.
  20. I didn’t say the decision was wrongly decided. I think that can be argued both ways for the most part. Although the trimester discussions in the opinion is pretty iffy at best under constitutional law in my opinion. My post was focused on the effects it ultimately had, which in my opinion really cannot be disputed. Right or wrong it injected a poison into our politics that is still there to this day. And it would be naive to think this decision will be decided based on the strength of the legal arguments on either side. It will ultimately come down to whatever the Republican Party thinks is best for them politically. Only Thomas and Alito are true ideologues.
  21. The signs are all there I gotta admit that. I was thinking tjhooker but this guys not quite that dumb. Much more annoying though.
  22. Guys like the sack and our new troll bravo have a difficult time understanding people who make decisions based on facts and evidence instead of fake news and bullshit. It’s why the sack and the poster formerly known as GRUHorn are the only two known posters here who voted for trump in 2020. Sack even pulled the not voting for trump in 2016 but liking so much of what he saw he couldn’t wait to vote for him in 2020. Now that shit is rare, especially around here.
  23. This American humor is very confusing to me. Why would I take my ball and go home? I haves no ball?
  24. Actually that’s what’s called a joke dumbass. The right is not getting better at humor and therefore the left is not starting to worry about it.
