  1. Aranda and Rhule are the names that I have heard that turned down OU
  2. They definitely will have to be. I see 17 commits currently, how many spaces will they have left. I know numbers can get up to 36 I believe, not sure of other transfers or counters. I think @closetojumping said there are going to be some problems filling all the scholly spots
  3. Lol no fucking way. Losing a top 3 offensive mind in CFB for a guy that has never developed his own scheme and has called plays all of one year. Then throw in a clear downgrade from Williams to Gabriel. Then throw in the mass exodus of skill position players. I can understand your desire to be hopeful but that hope should come from the defensive side of the ball improving. If you think there is a 1% chance of them being a better offense next year you have been sampling too much of Oklahomas main export
  4. Holy fucking shit just replace Lincoln Rileys name with Mack Brown and Charlie Strongs name with Venables, the similarities are STAGGERING
  5. He’s a sooner fan that makes shit up and then deletes the shit he gets wrong. He’s a troll and should be blocked. Also there is literally no such thing as an NIL source
  6. You will hear about visits and interest etc but his destination has already been determined well before entering the portal. Everything else is leverage and avoiding tampering whispers
  7. Please please please everyone block this clown and stop posting him on this board
  8. Lebby doesn’t have a system outside of the system of enabling rapes on a massive scale. Heupel and Kiffin had systems and Lebby somehow got to be associated in some capacity
  9. This day couldn’t get any better
  10. Yep that’s the plan for now. I gotta text Grant still and confirm but as of now pencil it in
  11. I will squeal at the slightest violation. I follow too many fucking rules to let people skirt em. Y’all should have seen me as a hall monitor in elementary school, Better have your fucking bathroom pass
  12. I have heard a lot of Miami talk and for a long time. If that Brady stuff is true it makes even more sense
  13. That GT thing is a massive violation of true. I agree it’s benign but it is an invite for eyes and I will do whatever I can to draw eyes on others that may not be playing by the rules because we certainly are to the exact letter Ya, that statement is a call to arms for the donors to start with the NIL stuff or get left behind. It also paints the kid as having his hand out on purpose
  14. No, that's totally and completely different. That is them announcing a clothing provider so the kids can sell jerseys. Same as has been done with most other Universities that know what they are doing. That is Texas giving its blessing to allow their licensed gear to be sold by brandr, brandr then enters agreement with the athletes if they so choose. Nothing different than Yeti selling a burnt orange cup, its up to yeti to set up a deal with Bijan to use his NIL on said cup
  15. Certainly, but if it even gets eyes on it and skunks stuff up for them then thats a win for Texas
  16. We shall see, it probably amounts to nothing in the long run cause the NCAA is toothless but if it gets unwanted eyes on their NIL dealings in general its a win for us. The folks that need to see it have no seen it, what they choose to do with it has nothing to do with me at this juncture, just time to sit back, relax and watch their house burn to the ground
  17. As someone who spends way too much time with NIL dealings and the rules behind it, I don't think enough is being read into that to be frank
  18. Well, I sent it to Texas compliance to do with what they will so I guess we will see
  19. A rare wtf moment from Castiglione...also that NIL sentence is worded semi carefully but that may still be an NIL violation, employees of the university cant direct or facilitate any NIL dealings
  20. Ewers and Watts has given them a bit more leeway in my eyes. The offense has something to sell as well, so I am hopeful on the offensive side of the ball. My stance on the defense and DC in particular has been well documented so I wont start that up again but at least they have the ability to sell playing time. Say what we will about the staffs ability to succeed here but there are good recruiters on the staff
