  1. You keep crying about cancel culture when nobody has been cancelled. Saying Chuck Todd sucks and can go fuck himself is just downright American. Go be outraged about outrage somewhere else.
  2. I used to believe trickle down economics worked.
  3. About the same number as the "this is the only candidate who can beat Trump" number.
  4. What I like about Bloomberg's potential nomination is that Democrats usually wait until after they've been in office for a minute before they bend over backwards and start compromising away all of their ideals to a GOP party that has no interest in negotiating in good faith. It's more efficient and will save time and energy to just straight up nominate a Republican.
  5. Ummm….wait, is this real? Did W. just attempt to drum on that person's head?
  6. Holy shit. Is this an official white house account? Somebody's getting fired! And I'm not talking about all of the government employees and ambassadors who testified to the House because we're officially a fully dysfunctional country run by a stupid authoritarian with fake hair and a shitty tan...
  7. Jesus, Ben. She's not going to fuck you. This is getting sad.
  8. If you're going to play the role of a badass, maybe mix in a salad once in a while so you don't have to quickly cut frames while shirtless to hide your love handles and baby bump.
  9. So basically what you're saying is that HIPAA had some protections but with a bunch of conditions and holes big enough that another law had to be passed to protect everybody. And when that law was threatened to be repealed, a bunch of states passed their own laws to cover for the inadequacy of said existing HIPAA law. So basically there wasn't actually a law protecting all people with pre-existing conditions and your argument is bullshit.
  10. Maybe some states had laws protecting pre-existing conditions, but many didn't as evidenced by how many only started filing and passing laws to protect against pre-existing conditions, discrimination, and lifetime caps after the GOP began their attempts to repeal the ACA. Why would states have to start passing laws for something that supposedly already existed?
  11. I have never seen a single add for her in my entire life. I wouldn't even know her name if I didn't watch her win a golden globe. Is it possible you were searching for her nudes on Google and now need to clear your cookies?
  12. Lowest unemployment rate? Thanks, Obama.
  13. Actually that's just Pelosi dunking on Trump and his campaign speech of lies to the House last night.
  14. Republicans: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! LOL Trump wouldn't shake that bitch's hand!!!!! He's so good at sticking it to libs. Also Republicans an hour later while choking back tears: Why did she have to tear up the speech? Is there no decorum in.government anymore?
  15. Pete shot his wad in Iowa and hopefully this is the peak of his campaign. Even though I support Warren, I'm cool with Bernie, but Pete sold out as a centrist bore and would lose bigly to Trump. Many won't admit that what they see as a liability in Sanders somewhat mirrors a liability in Pete. Right or wrong (it's stupid and wrong), Sander's ties to socialism makes him a liability in more conservative parts of the country who will happily vote against their interests. Right or wrong (it's stupid and wrong), Pete's sexuality will make him a liability in more conservative parts of the country who will happily vote against their interests for Jesus. Bernie is at least worth the risk as a real agent of change in our nation. The juice is worth the squeeze. Pete had a big chance to be that too but he flinched and backtracked. I can't imagine Pete inspiring people risking another term of Donald Trump by saying "I will bring us back to 2015, where we kind of just played with the ball but didn't move it any direction."
  16. Kind of weird to see a Democratic candidate suggest a Rudy Guliani presidency at this stage of the campaign, but okay, Andrew Yang. I see you.
  17. Yeah I was a Beach Boys/Brian Wilson fan back in the day and I remember the Mike Love hate well. I saw both Brian Wilson's touring band live (2004 Smile Tour) and Mike Love's The Beach Boys and it was no comparison how much better Brian's show was. I hate that I missed the reunion tour when the living originals all reunited a few years back.
  18. That sounds really believable and I'm sure it really happened. There's no doubt in my mind that the listeners who call into hackey conservative AM radio propaganda aren't just as credible as the hosts.
  19. You would know. You're literally in the cloak room right now viewing the Iowa Caucuses thread. Immortal always crying and complaining about the cloak room and its posters, yet can't stay away. Always reading it and dropping drive by posts.
  20. Wait...I thought Bada WAS the cloak room, except only for conservatives who don't want to be challenged by anyone.
  21. That's so strange. Between this and Lindsey Graham saying we need to investigate Biden and his son, it almost sounds like there's some impeachment retaliation going on between Trump, the GOP, and their impeachment rivals. I can't believe it because just a couple of days ago @GRHorn was saying this was crazy to even suggest and a waste of bandwidth.
  22. Too much work. There's only so much time in the day.
  23. Really trivial things that make me surly: Dictionary entries that use almost the same word to define the one you're looking for. *** "ol-i-garch 1. a ruler in an oligarchy."*** If some person happened to be looking up the word oligarch, does Oxford really think they'll know what an oligarchy is?
