  1. Or maybe Sarkisian can use them both as case studies in how best to prep for the NFL while making sweet, sweet NIL money.
  2. I don’t know shit about fuck when it comes to football, but if you’re a DT on a team that just had Vanderbilt push your team around in the running game and you can’t get playing time, where are you likely to end up?
  3. Small, poor technique, slow, and poor tacklers. What could go wrong?
  4. He’s already said he treats the opponents’ injury reports as fiction. No need for him to act otherwise, imo.
  5. Hasn’t he already owned that, multiple times, even after explaining the thought process?
  6. I think there is only 1 Clear check-in point at DFW (Concourse C) so probably won't help you very much. Looks like 3, one for precheck, one standard, one both in different locations, but I’ve never paid that much attention. I have become acquainted with an AA flight attendant who’s hooked me up as her travel companion. I’ll get more info on their location relative to where we’re likely to fly from most often, once she gets back from vacation. Thanks for the help.
  7. This guy is borderline genius.
  8. They’re really good with math. A string of 60% chance to win means they’ll win them all.
  9. They’re there by implication in the very first scene, but yeah.
  10. You should listen to him. He explicitly says he’s built an SEC team because SEC teams are the ones to beat to win a national championship.
  11. Has Texas at 92% to beat OU, 66% to beat UGA, and 71% to beat A&M.
  12. I mean, sure, he has to ignore that Sarkisian has explicitly been building an SEC team since he got here, aided by those fuckwits leaking the news allowing Texas to point to the SEC, but he has a seedling of a theory there.
  13. Not someone from jawja, I guess. It’s a fucking shame we’ve gone down this tuddy-infested hellhole, but here we are.
  14. No, there are go guarantees, but reasonable people play the odds rather than hope for unlikely scenarios all to align in their favor. Expecting field goal range, let alone making it, in 30 seconds with no timeouts and that same freshman QB isn’t a guarantee, either. If I trusted my backup kicker, I’d have told my offense to drain clock — the pig QB was doing a good job of that, unless I’m misremembering — and not to score that quickly.
  15. Agreed, they are bad, but a little clock milking and a turnover or two from A&M in a game with fewer possessions, it could get interesting. Unlikely and, frankly, too much to ask for after this weekend.
  16. I think DeBoer also knew last year was lighting in a bottle at Washington and things wouldn’t look so great this season, so it was a time to jump even in the face of that.
  17. There’s something to be said for beating them twice in a season, but there’s more to be said for humiliating them in their own stadium as part of continuing their streak of no championship game appearances, imo. If it knocks them out of the playoff picture, that would be fine, too.
  18. No guarantee they’d have held Arkansas to a field goal. They were getting gashed.
  19. It’s going to feel glorious. Good day to be in the stormtroopers. Good day for the Sooners to clear out early. Good day to be a Longhorn fan.
  20. Captions are the truth.
  21. I guess watching personnel groupings and other substitutions is pretty advanced for a group like that.
  22. No game is safe. We’re a lock for 11-1. But the sips might get beaten up by Vanderbilt. “What I haven’t seen is their depth.” Then maybe watch a fucking game. JFC.
