  1. Which is why Texas is going to set it right this season. OU has nothing for Texas. This isn’t Mack Brown on the sideline. Texas is going to be pulling players ahead of the UGA game.
  2. I said what I said. And I said last year OU would win.
  3. I’m just talking this year, not as a program.
  4. This year will be a walk in the park. Where “walk in the park” means “motivated, embarrassed guys in burnt orange and white curb stomp OU as if they’d kicked their dogs.”
  5. Fuck, for $100k a year I’d have put his money in VTI and BND for him.
  6. I think OU could lose to Tulane, Tennessee, and Texas. Fucking Temple dropped the ball.
  7. Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but that feels like a nudge to someone who’s close, not calling someone out in public, per se. If that makes sense.
  8. Sounds like Texas with a 5 seed and settling it in the playoffs. I’m not sure how much of a drop off Tennessee is. We’ll know more soon.
  9. Maybe they do want to see Texas roll in and be the new boss. Seems unlikely, but we’ll see.
  10. Not really, actually. Oh, wait, she’s going to be mad, now.
  11. I haven’t gotten a ticket since I sold my R1. The last time I got pulled over in a car it was on the way to the airport for the Texas-Michigan Rose Bowl. When I told him we were late because someone wasn’t packed, he said “Hook ‘em and be careful.”
  12. Read what he wrote. He’s not wrong. He stated opinionsup until the end and that last sentence was factually correct. Here’s another opinion: Shuffling along meekly with your head down so you don’t provoke the bully with a badge isn’t the way it should be and those who promote such a take only entrench it. Start throwing them out on their asses with no pension, along with the ones who didn’t stop it.
  13. More likely he’s going to fuck OU or UGA with something built off it. We’ll see.
  14. Maybe they could have a major bowl out there, too. It would be convenient for their fans.
  15. My brain says he was looking at the line of scrimmage. My heart says he was saying, “How do you like that one, fat boy?” I’m going with the latter.
  16. I had a conversation with one of the guys with that perspective. I asked him if, last year, when Michigan was choking people out did he attribute that to the other teams messing up or to the pressure Michigan’s talent and scheme applied to them.
  17. What a coincidence. Sarkisian runs the offense you would run if you wanted to put 536 passing yards on A&M.
  18. Good. Ignorance of the law is no excuse for us; it shouldn’t be an excuse for them. I’d have no issue getting rid of police unions, or public unions in general. It’s a little incestuous.
  19. Then they can self-insure with their pension fund. Or a get a group policy. I’m not an insurance expert, but the cops need to bear the burden of their malfeasance, not the population upon which they’re foisting their malfeasance If you can’t afford insurance for your activity, you probably shouldn’t be doing it or should be doing it better.
  20. Why would you need to abolish the electoral college to get rid of QI? Civil lawsuits against law enforcement are already on the federal docket. §1983
  21. Nebraska could jack around and be 7-0 heading to Columbus.
