  2. Obligatory Eat it Harvey!
  3. I did. And to the freaking lingerie section of the god damn Sears catalog. Testosterone is a hell of a thing.
  4. I don’t think it was technically gooning, but a ton of Gen-X developed calluses from self pleasuring to Kelly LeBrock in WS as teens and that movie is PG-13.
  5. That was the Republicans. Wait till you hear about the employer mandate shenanigans. First time I ever heard of an employer mandate penalty being imposed was 2023 for 2022. Turns out it was in error, an employee had refused company insurance then bought insurance on exchange. The company was sent a fine for every employee they had. Got the fine rescinded when they provided the signed coverage refusal. No idea why the employee did what they did.
  6. Hate to break this to you, but there isn’t an individual mandate anymore.
  7. I know this is a popular narrative, but as a counter point there has been a lot of reporting in the last year or so that Millienials are wealthier than Gen X and Boomers at the same age. https://www.lendingtree.com/debt-consolidation/millennials-financial-condition-study/ Net worth by generation (at similar ages) Generation Survey year Age range Median net worth Average net worth % with positive net worth % with negative net worth Baby boomers 1989 25 to 43 $58,101 $231,372 83.9% 11.9% Gen Xers 2007 27 to 42 $78,333 $328,391 86.1% 11.5% Millennials 2022 26 to 41 $84,941 $326,776 86.6% 12.7% Source: LendingTree analysis of Federal Reserve Survey of Consumer Finances (SCF) data. 8. https://www.calculator.net/amortization-calculator.html you can put any term and rate you want in this. 40 year has paid 200K principal after 20 years given above rate 50 year 120K
  9. My experience as well its a ton of cured ham. I love prosciutto and Jamon but we just ran out of steam with about a quarter of it left. It wasn’t very expensive so I didn’t feel guilty discarding the last 20 percent or so
  10. I don’t know if it’s the cause or a part of it but JBS is crooked as fuck and their major shareholders should be in jail. See Operation Carwash and associated bribery scandals.
  11. learn something new every day. That could be pretty wild if they played a team with red or yellow helmets. Interesting sports science question, how much of opponent recognition by players is jersey and how much is helmet?
  12. Hits close to home. Few weeks ago I went to Costco to get steaks to grill while watching football on the patio. $18.99/lb. NOPE. Pork Shoulders on the WSM made some delicious PP sandwiches. Froze portions and have had Kimchi Rice bowls and Quesadillas subsequently.
  13. He’s in a recession proof industry, if there is one
  14. Ironically this was yesterday evening so like exactly 24 hrs. As CS notes it could certainly be word twisting and of course always be skeptical. I just thought it was worth sharing that.
  15. Earlier this evening Anderson Cooper had a guest on who reported and reiterated that its been confirmed with investigators on site there were no maintenance issues with the plane that day. That stood out to me because there was comment in this thread about the plane having issues earlier that day.
  16. ....alcohol sales at those airports will likely skyrocket.
  17. Saw her in Vegas a few years ago the night before a Pac12 championship game sans any TV makeup. Yama-hama...fright night.
