  1. CSB warning. First house I bought the motherfuckers made me come back to the title office and put my middle initial between my first and last name on every document. I had never before and never since signed with a middle initial.
  2. True story. When my son was an infant/toddler whenever he was upset if you played anything from her album 21 he would almost immediately stop crying. Damnest thing, he has obviously no memory of it.
  3. TSA security line, line at any concession stand, ...... staggering how catastrophically idiotic average people are.
  4. No, it’s exactly how it works. Demand for beef is obviously still supportive of current prices. The government intervened during GD attempting to maintain prices for producers.
  5. Needs “Dear Penthouse Forum” opening and writing in the first person. Dear Penthouse Forum, I never thought it would happen to me. As I entered the room I found Susanna and her moist bosom delicately glistening from sweat our eyes locked and she noticed the much more profuse trails of sweat on my forehead a result of rapid thrusting consumption of a 6 piece basket of spicy Popeyes chicken….

  13. If you sell a house with $300K of equity(average US homeowner equity) you can spend half of that however you would like and still rent a house for 2k a month(avg home rental price) for 75 months just from the equity. Not the best financial decision, just a simple straight forward math example and yes the numbers are different in San Jose CA vs Pigsknuckle MS. Currently, by straight up math calculations, in some locations the prudent decision is to rent. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/whats-the-average-home-equity-amount-right-now/ The average homeowner currently has about $313,000 worth of equity in their home, according to the March 2025 Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Mortgage Monitor Report.
