  1. Well, Nuke's scared because his eyelids are jammed and his old man's here. We need a live... is it a live rooster? We need a live rooster to take the curse off Jose's glove and nobody seems to know what to get Millie or Jimmy for their wedding present.
  2. It would be a lot more of a smoking gun to have a picture of the bolded vs. the above bracing. That image doesn't really scream gross negligence to me. Again, it may well be true the vessel has significant issues and shouldn't have been operated.
  3. from that article I'd sure like to see the "jury rigging". As I said in the direct aftermath of this, a ton of critical stuff is currently being held together with jury rigging. Specifically, many electrical components are literally impossible to source. Now the monday morning quarterbacks can certainly take the tact of, dock the vessel until its "right" whatever the hell that really means. I don't think the world is ready to accept the consequence of a ton of those decisions. Also, it could be pure unadulterated incompetence and neglect that caused the problem too.
  4. Not a lawyer, but I would assume they will make the argument that owner/operator were grossly negligent which I'm sure is exclusion on the policy.
  5. Where are you seeing details of the issues and shitty fixes?
  6. Granted that will probably fix the front end. Just wait until the Saban oversigning type meat grinder to get rid of players who are not earning the $$$ kicks in. Plus salary caps are going to have to be implemented. We will absolutely race towards some historical blue chip having a bigger payroll than NFL teams. Its inevitable.
  7. Boy, who could have foreseen that stacking pay for play on top of process that has been foundationally built on dishonest representations of A to Z about the future(recruiting) would lead to situations like this? It's going to get way worse before it gets better.
  8. They obtained a truck and paid a farmer $1 each for enough melons to fill it up. Then they drove the truck to a stand they had built by the side of a busy road where they sold the truckload of watermelons for $1 each. They went back to the farmer and purchased another truckload of melons for $1 each and again sold them for $1 each. As they drove to purchase the third load of melons one of the partners said to the other, “We’re not making much money on this business, are we?” “No, we’re not,” his partner replied. “Do you think we need a bigger truck?”
  9. What was that about? protest..sports...general mischeif?
  10. don't you dare attempt to besmirch the right honorable Dudley Dawson
  11. And I say that as a big fan of Bull Durham.
