  1. Narrator: He doesn’t have half a functioning brain cell. Only communism, and a deep seated hatred of success.
  2. I agree with TRL above. I think Sark truncates the playbook and CSU is spicy in the first half. Texas pulls away late but not before typical game thread shenanigans. 21-17 at half. 42-20 final 185 from receiving corp as mid3rd - 4th quarter is focused on running the ball.
  3. I’ll bet you a dollar that this guy shows up on Election Day and votes Trump without hesitation I’ll bet you a dollar that guy is neither an evangelical, nor in Pennsylvania.
  4. can you link that? Googling is getting me nowhere.
  5. Interesting. Was told on the markets thread I was making situations like this up.
  6. If it's an Amazon part, you will be doing it again in a matter of months. Got burned so many times by fake parts from them on cars, dishwasher and even stove late last year. seconded. I've given up on Amazon for parts. So much bad information on parts fit/cross reference. There was a golden period of like 15-19 that was so awesome. In hindsight its not surprising that sending $15 parts cross the country in 2 days wasn't sustainable.
  7. Are you refering to the "billionaire" tax proposal he made a couple years ago? Or is there a more targeted proposal to the 100M threshold?
  8. I guess this will be the first and only tax policy without unintended consequences. Cool, cool.
  9. Quote one point I have made thats isn’t factual.
  10. No idea what you are driving at here. People and businesses should pay the taxes they owe. To the original point. Taxing unrealized gains is an absurd. Even at a 100M threshold it will have significant negative impact on family businesses. Somehow you think they will be exempt or that there isn’t an entire industry around valuation of privately held businesses.
  11. The IRS is absolutely concerned if a family business is sold below fair value. Anything that isn't arms length is going to get scrutiny.
  12. yup, I'm the one with no business accumen. LOL. What do you thing the IRS does when they audit a return that includes a sale or transfer of a privately held business?
  13. You are 100% wrong. There has been no discussion of excluding private businesses and assets.
  14. family held means private. as in NOT publicly traded. LOL. ok.
  15. Family held medium size businesses having to pay taxes on asset and business appreciation annually will lead to a massive wave of forced sales. Who do you think those assets get sold to?
  16. what a coincidence, "Subsidy by the Unborn" is the name of my thrash metal band.
  17. It looks like its actually Frigidaire is Electrolux. I did ZERO research as it was pretty much take it or leave it being directly in the middle of shortages. They cost more than I really wanted to pay, but I appear to have lucked into quality. Again a bit low on run time, but they clean and dry really well and have had no hiccups.
  18. Start of the fall semester should be interesting too.
  19. 8 million....thats fucking wild.
  20. We went through Samsung, LG, and Maytag in about 15 years. Had the best luck of those 3 with Samsung. Ended up with Electrolux when the Maytags shit the bed during the great appliance shortage. They were expensive and came from a local dealer not a box store, but have been great for the last 3 years. Not a huge timeline, but haven't had any issues yet. **knocks wood
