  1. Charleston?
  2. I just meant having to drive.
  3. Also, hotel bar not necessary, you can always go the hotel bar at another place and then walk or uber home. There is a wing place on the other side of 20 from the course and a number of places in between that and hooters. Downtown is always an interesting experience as well.
  4. Also there is a bar on the backside of the course that could pass for the place in Animal House where they see Otis Redding perform. High comedy. It's off Breckmans road.
  5. That's a good location, just be prepared to spend 300-400 for a crappy days inn or equivalent. The nicer Spingfield Suite type places are permanently booked by the travel companies that put the packages together. Generally if you do air bnb it is for the whole week. If you don't want to enjoy some beers on the course go to Akin, Columbia, etc.
  6. I was in Berlin years ago with a group of guys coming from a weekend wedding in Poland. I'm pretty sure half of us had alcohol poisoning. Somebody suggested going to this "Mexican" restaurant. The queso was high school football game nacho cheese. I ordered the hamburger to be safe. The other guys food looked terrible.
  7. When he won at augusta in 07 was the worst weather I've ever seen there. Im not a fan of his personally but never thought of him as a bitch.
  8. DJ shot 77 because he had roughly 48 puts.
  9. There have been 84 Masters and 118 US Opens. The have 10 or so courses in the regular rotation. They should have it down by now.
  10. So does the USGA. The fact that they are stuffier than the Augusta committee says volumes. At least they admitted they got it wrong.
  11. Every aspect of this tournament is inferior to the masters. The broadcast, the crowds, the setup, the hospitality tents. Such a shame.
  12. This isn't baseball. It's not guaranteed.
  13. You're a California guy and never heard of birdwell?
  14. Why do they keep pitching to him?
  15. This is a kick to the balls. I think why this hurts more than other celebrities is because he was a man of the people. He could have posted here as a number of our members and we wouldn't have known the difference. I sincerely hope hes in a better place. I think he had no reservations about his final resting place.
  16. She took your order?
  17. Maybe GSO or Angelo Gordon and the like?
  18. Rice, Diamondback, Parsley?
  19. Ones that sell for $6 billion you generally know of.
  20. I guess I meant for those that actually developed the asset and not just the land flippers.
  21. Solid company. Probably the biggest winners of the previous cycle for a private company.
  22. Double daves
  23. DCA_HORN replied to Hollywood's topic in Movies and TV
It wouldn't hurt him professionally obviously, but nailing axe was never about that for Chuck.
  24. DCA_HORN replied to Hollywood's topic in Movies and TV
There is no way the show doesn't end without either Chuck or Axe going down.
  25. So how many episodes left?
