Thanks for fixing it! I was worried I'd actually have to do work at the office.

@immamac my work computer some how lost all my chrome passwords. My email I created centuries ago with yahoo doesn’t seem to work. I don’t remember my damn password. I tried to change my email address since I am logged into my phone and cannot change it without entering a pw. How can I change my email and pw so I can log in and fuck around during work?

Texas Recruiting Notes 2026: They Can't Keep Getting Away With This

I don't have an opinion one way or another. Flood and Sark have hit it out of the park with their OL evaluations over the years and have had success with reshaping their bodies whether it's losing weight like Cam or gaining weight like Goosby. Judging by how many schools that want him and his worth ethic, this kid will probably maximize his talent. Also, for the better part of 20 years, Gerry has basically said everyone is a guard. I find it mildly amusing that he gets so heated about the people in the industry that keep ranking Turntine as a guard. -
I know Bobby, you, or someone has made the reference for there being some "dry powder" available for a transfer or two. Guess we'll need more than 1 or 2 transfers based on your post. It's crazy the yearly cost of this and how they expect a group of donors to fund this yearly. I cannot imagine this is sustainable. I say that fully knowing Texas may have the wealthiest donor base in the country so I'm not sure how other programs are sustaining this. Can the university just build in the cost in ticket prices? Isn't Tennessee taking 10% of ticket sales and funding their NIL with it? I think most people would not have a problem with paying $20 to $100 more for a ticket if it went to NIL directly. That would probably also alleviate the burden on the select wealthy donors that are funding this yearly. The Texas NIL organizers seem to be way smarter than everyone else doing this so I'm guessing they have a plan in place ...

Has Simmons been sidelined in early spring? Vasek is always injured. 1 injury or two and the depth starts to look thin. Go get him!

What a meltdown to end a shitty season. See ya Rodney. -
Dude, it hasn’t done shit some I bought it. Other uranium stocks shot up a bit but UUUU has been in the 4-6 range since I’ve been in it. I still have 4-5 grand in it but it hasn’t done anything

So when does Chris Stewart get processed out? Gerry and co stated he may look at schools that are offering his brother who is a safety. We look like we are swinging at all the elite talent at every position again this year. I imagine we are going to take swings at Burroughs, Mack, Keys, Finley, Clay, Dixon-Wyatt. As for RB, based on the offers to the top guys like Crowell, Cooper… I’m guessing it’s going to be a ridiculous NIL package and they will pair one of those two with a speed guy like KJ Edwards. I’ve heard Osborne referred to being called 1B to those other two. Him taking Texas off his OV list may indicate the direction the staff is going. As much as position coaches play into decisions, I feel these elite recruitments come down to NIL and opportunity to see the field as the two biggest factors. With Wisner and Baxter being JRs this year. The RB room is wide open for a young guy to come in and be the guy. I fully expect this to be another top 3 class and would not be surprised at all if we ended up with the #1 class again. Programs get a small window to win titles. We’re very close, I imagine Sark and the donor base are basically at the point where all the chips are either already in the pot or about to be. Lets fucking go! -
I mean, I don’t know man. Wisner had more yards rushing and receiving, although he also had more carries. I think he had close to 1400 yards from scrimmage between rushing and receiving. I thought Wisner was outstanding last year given he was our 3rd string RB at one point and tossed into the starting role when Blue proved he couldn’t handle a big work load. Wisner is 6’0 and 200 lbs. Add 10 more pounds of muscle on him and I wouldn’t be shocked if he beats out the entire room next year for the starting job. I’m not expecting Baxter to come back and take on 15-20 touches a game. Wisner has excellent vision, balance, and, has great hands. His biggest knock was not being able to run inside due to being 200 lbs. That can change with some added muscle. He was 3rd team all SEC Yasir year. I think we see a rotation of Wisner/Baxter with Simon sprinkled in there and Gibson being our short yardage back. I watched the WVU RBs highlights and I don’t see anything that screams instant starter to me.

I imagine this has more to do with work life balance. Choice probably doesn't need the money. With a new born, being on the road all the time, constantly having to recruit on the phone probably wears on you. Texas has gone from a coaching graveyard to a place where people come and can advance their careers, I'll take that compared to the alternative.

So who is committing today? Any guesses? -
Contributing at DT as a freshman is probably one of the harder positions to do it at considering you need a grown man body and strength. Terry looks physically ahead of the curve but I imagine will still need more weight. On a side note, Sark and company have had a very high hit rate on the 5 stars they have brought in. The only one so far that has not contributed meaningful snaps as a freshman has been Filsame. Not going to count Johntay as a 5 star but we have hit big on Arch, Baxter, Wingo, Simmons, Banks, Hill, Derek Williams (pre-injury). Baker, Kobe Black look like they should contribute next year. Pretty damn good hit rate.

Gerry has basically been hammering that Turntine is a LT and will be a high level top 5 type of prospect. It was interesting that Ojo said that the staff told him he was the top tackle on their board. Maybe I misheard the interview so apologize in advance if that was wrong. I will say, the staff has stuck to their guns with regards to the type of OL and DL they want to sign. Turntine’s measurables are all over the place online but I think he’s somewhere around 6’3 275 lbs, which isn’t a body type this staff has recruited on the OL. Obviously I hope we get him but curious where the staff has him pegged on their board and what position.
