  2. Republican Proposed Budget https://hern.house.gov/uploadedfiles/final_budget_including_letter_web_version.pdf If anyone wants some fun light reading My favorite section is the Ant-Vaccine section. So when your kid dies of a preventable disease. We all know who to thank
  3. For me, Social Media is the largest factor. I use Instagram for work, and I definitely feel better when I take a week off. I'm like, I feel less stressed this week. Why is that? Oh, I haven't looked at Instagram this week. But this sums it up much better
  4. Elon continues to prove he's a full blow libertarian, and like all libertarians, fights like death to defend simplified ideals while ignoring the vast realities of the world. Which is why libertarians are stupid. Everyone would agree with Elon's statement because he's not saying we he actually means. But in reality, it means
  5. Who is this Bubolinski guy? finally reading his comments. Did he go to A&m? https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Bobulinski-Written-Statement.pdf Lol. This guy is so mad Hunter Biden grifted off his family name I wonder if he owns Jenna Bush children’s book.

  7. Good to hear. I’ve been to Barcelona before but my wife wants to go. So I want to squeeze in some new places if we do Spain as our next trip. Barcelona to Bilbao/SE then down to Madrid

  9. Looks decent. I celebrate the entire catalog
  10. Listening now Jerome Powell and the Fed still project there will be 0.75% (75 Basis Points) of cuts this year. The FOMC's updated SEP shows their current projections are for rates to end 2024 between 4.50%-4.75% down 0.75% from current levels We believe seasonal effects may be influencing inflation data. Our policy rate is likely at its peak. Appropriate to begin easing 'at some point this year'. We are prepared to keep rates higher longer if need. Generally dovish given recent 2 months of data. market expectations of a June cut shot up from 50% in June to 70% in June
  11. I would think European countries closer to Russia are more inclined to send troops. They know they are next
  12. I didn’t know James Bond had a mommy fetish
  13. Yeah, near the last episode Ferguson gets naked and shoves a bunch of sharpies in her ass.
  14. He’s such a joke ”We are all descended from slaves” ”Let’s just move on” (regarding racism) like a true libertarian moron. “Let’s just treat everyone equally”. Lemon is like, um, we all agree with that but that is nor happening, there is evidence its not happening, so for you to tell people to move on is insulting lol
  15. History threads are in the Hobbies section
  16. The videos shows nothing wrong with his right leg. I want to believe but this is wish-casting
  17. 1. BOB 2. MOA 3. PAC The Pacific is the least likable because the characters were mostly unlikeable (even if true). BOB & MOA had “heroes” in it, true believers, patriots, whatever you want to call them, while PAC focused on people that did not want to be there, people with doubt, hate, anxiety.
  18. A couple of long flights Holdovers - Giamatti & DaVine were great. Kid was annoying as fuck Wonka - really good. Past Lives - good Retribution - laughably bad Promising Young Woman - fun story. Wanted different ending Resurrection - terrible and dumb
  19. Is it worth it? The northern coast seems less traveled and thus more interesting to me.
  20. The market didn’t shoot up 50% due to speculation or gouging. There are real economic reasons. Housing has been under built for over a decade, some estimates today say around 5.5 million homes. Due to Covid, money became cheaper than ever before. Everyone, including their mother either bought a house or refinanced. Now, we still are under built and no one wants to move due to their low Mortage rate and 40% don’t even have a mortgage, hurting inventory even more. It’s not speculation or gouging, it’s supply and demand. Want home prices to come down? Build more houses. That’s it. Improvements are not the only reason a home’s value increases. Scarcity also increases the value of an asset. Some markets were overinflated (like Austin) but they have come down 10% or more from peak. Other markets that were not overinflated have increased continuously
  21. It’s about securities fraud (and he’s generally been redpilled due to Grimes dumping him)
