  1. Yeah…he doesn’t look right for the part. Looks well made though
  2. I gave up too. I like any documentary subject typically, but fuck, tie some of it together once in a while. Just random nonsense
  3. Best part is Trump likely paid to have that story run to make him look cooler.
  4. Musk thinks leaking contract details to “newspaper” NY post is going to somehow make him not look like a nazi piece of shit in the interview.
  5. They are being laid off due to capitalism https://www.desmoinesregister.com/story/news/2024/03/12/why-is-tyson-foods-closing-its-perry-iowa-pork-plant-what-we-know/72934600007/# https://qz.com/us-pork-producers-in-2023-are-looking-at-their-least-pr-1851093618#:~:text=Pork producers are paying the,%2C” Iowa State's Schulz says.
  6. Tyson brought in immigrants decades ago to work there. They are laying off immigrants.
  7. We spent 4 days in Munich. Lovely city. Great beer and food. It was our second time to Germany. Saw everything from Residenz to Dachau. I could see myself living in Germany. Everything is so clean and efficient. I appreciate and favor their lack of small talk. Do you job well, enjoy a beer, and shut the fuck up.
  8. One more thing. I don’t even understand why realtors are have the vapors about the commission lawsuit. Realtors argue that commissions have always been negotiable and not mandatory. Then what’s changed? What has materially changed? Sellers may still elect to pay for buyers agent compensation. Buyers can still negotiate their agents compensation. What has changed? It seems like the only material difference is the MLS no longer requires an offer of buyer compensation to be listed.
  9. Title in general is one of the most inefficient and dumbest systems in the United States, which is saying a lot considering I use the Encompass system everyday. Lending software is archaic.
  10. Teachers telling kids they can be whatever they want to be drives fascist assholes insane You can believe any religion you want. “Society” says no you can’t. (1500s) You can love any race you want. “Society” says no you can’t. (1967) You can have sex with anyone you want. “Society” says no you can’t. (1961) You can marry whomever you want. “Society” says no you can’t. (2015) You can express any gender you want. “Society” says no you can’t. They don’t want people to be free. They want everyone to be controlled in the same miserable cult.
  11. The authorities (Federal) did not bring charges https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congress/doj-decides-not-charge-rep-matt-gaetz-sex-trafficking-investigation-rcna70839 TwiceHorn: Not enough evidence Surly Rabble: Congressman can fuck minors TwiceHorn: You live in the same dreamworld. It doesn't matter what I believe. It only matters what I can prove. So don't tell me what I know, or don't know. I know the LAW (State of Florida doesn’t give a fuck. No investigation?)
  12. Just got back. Thanks to everyone for all the good recommendations. My wife is touristy as fuck so we hit everything Charles Bridge - Beautiful. We walked across this many times between Malá Stana and Old Town. Prague Castle & St. Vitus - The Church was impressive. Just massive. The Castle itself didn’t really have much to visit but it was fine. Astronomical Clock - One of many tower climbs we did, but overall I thought this one was meh. The views are better and less crowded elsewhere. The crowds waiting to watch the clock strike the hour are also dumb. The clock doesn’t do anything. Baroque Library (Klementinum) - Very cool, but they don’t let you in to look around, just a couple steps in. Also another tower to climb for a clock. John Lennon Wall - story makes this cool Powder Gate - Tower climb. Cool history. But views meh. St. Nicholas - Tower climb and best views. Liked this one of the best. Views across river are fantastic and the history of the nazi stuff is great. No one was there either. Letna Beer Garden - This was awesome. It was empty due to weather. We ate some great soup at the restaurant up there and had some great beers while overlooking the city. St. Wenceslaus Square - The history is nice, but it’s just a street with a statue now. Opera - Went to opera dinner at our hotel Grand Bohemia. Fantastic Strahov Monastery Brewery - Great beers and courtyard has amazing views overlooking city. Trdelnik - I don’t give a fuck if this is not authentic, it was tasty AF Vivaldi Concert at St. Salvatore - touristy? Sure, but fantastic Kolaches - Had a bunch of good ones. They don’t have Klobasniky (I searched). Texans basically popularized it. Not a thing over there. Food was great everywhere. It didn’t matter beer I ordered, they were all great. I liked Kozel the best. We didn’t have time to hit any national museums, but overall Prague was amazing, even the touristy parts. I don’t ever want to live in a big city but Prague felt like one I wouldn’t mind to live in. Very international, the people are nice, and it’s very pretty. There are way too many tourists (in old town) but city is charming. Next time we visit I want to explore other parts of the country and some non tourist shit. We took an easy train from Munich to Prague. Fuck. It’s a tragedy the US doesn’t she simple infrastructure like Europe.
  13. The video oh him telling Lemon that standards are lowered for non-white pilots because of replies he saw on Twitter is fucking hilarious.
  14. I don’t think anything is going to change. Yes, 10% of people don’t need a real estate agent and can figure life out on their own, the other 90% are hapless troglodytes that eat paste.
  15. Mike Rowe is the Joe Rogan of manual laborers
  16. Is that video real of Rodger’s saying “I’m not an immunologist but I know how to read” because that’s hilarious. I mean the level of stupidity these Roganites possess is next level.
  17. They all want to allow child marriages?
  18. It seems you do possess the anecdotal experience to base your feelings on. That is important. Is it possible that person deserved to be raped and beaten in prison as punishment for said crimes? Obviously in addition to the confinement punishment.
  19. CNN Anchor turns to panelist: Wild opinion out of Colorado man, but does he have a point?
