  1. The B10 had no interest in OU, even though they wanted us. Things might be different now, but we're pretty committed to the SEC at this point. I wonder if aggy might just be mad enough about us joining the SEC to jump ship... nah.
  2. Hopefully Baylor finally gets fucked like they've deserved for so long.
  3. "bagged?"... I see what he did there.
  4. Jr. HUDL: https://www.hudl.com/video/3/13240568/61bcaa22578df208f4ec63fc That's a fantastic looking athlete.
  5. I'm in genuine shock that sending Choate out to Hawaii actually worked. I'm just kind of staring at my screen right now. Jr HUDL: https://www.hudl.com/video/3/13004200/61a88ba97bd418054c50b595 He plays a lot of TE, but defense is clearly his highest upside. He can really move and seems to have a reasonable feel for playing in space. I don't see why he's barely a 4 star. Also, Pickering has some strong twitter game.
  6. So, the situation with Kyrie and the Nets has gotten "acrimonious." KD might be available for trade in a few days. That should be mighty interesting...
  7. Umm, sir, this is a basketball thread.
  8. Isn't aggie an Adidas school too?
  9. He's playing the long game. The Louisville commitment will just get aggy to really open the wallet.
  10. At least his hand isn't in his pants.
  11. Boston needs to retool that team. Their bench fucking sucks. Smart should be coming off the bench. They need anyone who can fucking shoot plus a couple solid bigs. Golden State is spending $170 million on the luxury tax this year. I fear Boston may be too cheap to put the necessary pieces in place to win it all. Boston has the Fournier TPE of 17.1 mil expires 7/18, Thompson TPE of 9.7 mil expires 7/7, tax payer mid level exception of 6.3 mil plus some contract players they can trade. They can do a lot. The question is whether the owners will spend. Boston's bench went 2 for 11 from the field. Fucking ouch...
  12. Boston's bench is 1 for 9 shooting at the half. Woof
  13. I think Celts win and force game 7.
  14. If that Celtics core wins multiple championships, their trade with Brooklyn could go down as the most lopsided in history. Jason Terry, Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce for draft assets that would turn into Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum. They would use the third 1st rounder from Brooklyn to trade for Kyrie Irving. That 1st rounder would later turn into Collin Sexton. Ouch... Things would need to go very well to surpass the Joe Barry Carroll for Kevin McHale and Robert Parish debacle. But, it's a young ass core still and they might just win it all this year with Brown and Tatum only being 25 and 24 years old.
  15. I'm sure he did worse on the night. It's strange why he's allowed to do things that are fouls on others. He ain't exactly Michael Jordan.
  16. That needs to be a suspension. That's so much more dangerous than a punch. White could have landed on his face. He could have damaged his face, hands, elbows, collar bone, neck\spine... that's seriously fucked up and super fucking dangerous.
  17. For once, I agree with the aggie.
  18. If the Celtics were healthy, I think they'd make it really close. But Robert Williams is so hobbled he looked to be in pain even jogging up the court. He won't be healthy until the off season. Smart is injured, but playing. I think Golden State's main core is mostly healthy. I have Warriors in 6. Boston wins one in GS, but loses at home to offset.
  19. I love how those idiots are too stupid to realize they're being mocked.
  20. I didn't say those are the only metrics. It's just the glaringly obvious problem with this particular player. But I'm sure there's a long list of high volume shooters who didn't shoot 40% from the field, but were still offensively efficient. I'd love to see that list.
  21. I'm not sure what you're basing that on. His career stats are pretty consistent. His scoring average only goes up when he takes a lot more shots... but his FG% is terrible in all years.
  22. He's never broken 40% FG shooting for his entire fucking career. His stroke isn't bad, he's just inaccurate and people want to make him the starting SG? FFS why? He's just a drain on offensive efficiency and he can't stretch the floor with shooting to create space. If he's your primary SG, teams can just pack the lane and clog everything up.
