  1. *Checks UGA/ND score* "Nevermind. Friday's good."
  2. Notre Dame is demonstrating the value of a QB who is a threat to run. Do we have anyone like that?
  3. Agreed. It ruined an otherwise completely realistic movie.
  4. Barron is incredible, but Smith is a matchup nightmare.
  5. Hopefully someone who can scheme people wide ass open like I see every single week from teams with far less talent. What's even crazier is they get it done without all the weird shit.
  6. Sark says "resiliency" instead of "resilience." At best, "resiliency" is not incorrect. Either way, I wish he'd stop putting the team into positions where they need so much of it.
  7. We'll be facing the best WR corps in the country (by a long shot) against Ohio State. Howard isn't electric, but he's boringly good and if he has time, he will distribute the ball to their stud WRs. We don't match up well against OSU. It will be a hell of a win if we can pull it off.
  8. That's more than most people complete there. Kudos. 😀
  9. That answers my question. It was super obvious. How could they miss that?
  10. I've said this since Ewers played his first snap. I'm going to say this one more time and for the last time, unless Sark wants to fucking pay me. - Ewers cannot process information quickly enough. For this reason, he struggles to read zone defenses and he gets surprised by blitzes coming free (his reaction is startle/panic). - He succeeds when he throws to "WRs running routes", simple RPOs, etc. Last season and early this season, he feasted on RPOs with slants/skinny posts behind the LBs. Do these very simple things and we have the talent to beat anyone: - Ewers should never, ever have his back to the LOS...for any reason. - Shotgun formation, keep Ewers' chest/eyes oriented downfield 100% of the time. He needs 100% of the available time to see and think. - No long developing plays with all the bullshit. None. - Passing plays should follow this formula: receive the shotgun snap, read 1st option, read 2nd option if necessary, throw it into the stands if nobody is open. If you thought it was man and it's zone, throw it into the stands. If a blitzer is coming free, throw it into the stands. Not one thing more. Cut your losses and move onto the next play. - Run the fucking ball if it's working. If it's working just okay, then run enough to keep the LBs honest and the OL motivated. That's it. We do that on offense, with our defense we can beat anyone. It ain't hard. Surely guys who are paid millions can figure this shit out.
  11. They're going to bring the house. Ewers will take a sack.
  12. Serious question - is it legal to carry your own guy like that?
  13. Have y'all noticed that the passing game went away from all the bullshit, weird action, etc. Just WRs running routes and a QB throwing to them. Weird how it's working.
  14. And we've limped through many of our wins. Take your mouthy shit and go fuck yourself.
  15. We have needed to get slapped in the mouth all season long. I hope we can squeak through this one and use it as a wake up call.
  16. Yup. And then don't throw your damn hands up for the ref to see.
  17. There's nothing gifted about Ewers throwing ability. He throws a very tight spiral. That's all I got.
  18. We ran that play in the 3rd. Wait until the 4th and it never happens.
  19. A tired defense in the second half, playing against a tough-to-tackle pinball of a RB and a very mobile QB, is a recipe for disaster. The offense had better pull its head out of its ass right fucking now.
  20. They dropped into zone and like I've said all fucking year, Quinn Ewers' brain doesn't have the horsepower to process who's going to be open. So he panics and gets sacked.
