  1. Looks like Sark got two 2018 fool's gold mensa years instead of one. But the program is still in the shitter. Because of fucking course it is. That's what I get for believing again.
  2. In Europe and didn't watch it. But I'm not sure how you are encouraged after a loss to a team that's lost three in a row with a quarterback that's been on campus for three years that had 10 straight incompletions against fucking UTEP.
  3. One of the things that frustrates me about Sark is idk how someone that witnessed what happened first hand that night in Pasadena can still be so stubborn about a quarterback running. I'm not saying we have to go full mensa, but when you have a guy that can move you have to consider that a valuable weapon in your arsenal.
  4. This fatty dude is either an imbecile or a troll. Either way, it doesn't seem worth it to give him the attention he wants. There's always gonna be willfully ignorant people in the world.
  5. I'd rather that than the big noon bullshit. I'm still steamed Bama got a night game and Texas didn't in our home and home. Not a fan of marquee matchups at 11 except in the case of traditional rivalries.
  6. Well, I may as well throw in Holiday House while we're talking about old shit
  7. What does everyday American even mean? They represent their districts, not the entirety of America, though in the case of Loomer, she certainly represents a significant chunk of the country, unfortunately.
  8. Damn. We're back to Charlottesville memes? I also like how he thinks people being killed for their beliefs is something new.
  9. "From what I've seen Laura Loomer does NOT believe race should be the determining factor when filling a job. She also said God, so she's a Christian committed to love and peace.".
  10. He's just looking for a reaction at this point. Honestly, as infuriating and insulting as it is, I kind of feel bad for him. To be so invested in your narrative that you have to callously ignore blatant racism (unless it's directed towards white men, of course) suggests a deep fear and insecurity about the implications of being wrong.
  11. Yeah, I've always said I have way more respect for those that just say fuck it and wear a white hood than those that twist themselves into intellectually dishonest knots to try to keep up a veneer of respectability. That shit is manipulative and insulting. It also shows, that on some level they know they're wrong but they don't want to admit it because at the end of the day, they're so invested in the idea that deep down they're "special" because they were born at the top of the hegemonic hierarchy and admitting to fucked up systemic issues faced by other groups challenges their entire understanding of their place in the world.
  12. Hey, enchubben is back! I take it he's still cherry picking things to respond to and not engaging with anything that refutes his assertions?
  13. Vince still flashed promising signs against good competition. He had stinkerslike Mizzou 04, but he also was responsible for a ton of highlights. What has Arch showed thus far this year that gives us anything to look forward to? I'm not saying he can't turn it around, but looking that bad against UTEP when you're in your 3rd year on campus is the exact opposite of promising.
  14. They're all dipshits, but the right is a very diverse place. Moreso than you would think. Frat kids are a totally different scene.
  15. It's not for lack of trying. These kids are so heavily indoctrinated in such extreme misogyny that girls don't want to be around them. The hatred and grievance radiates off of them with every breath. They're threatening and off-putting in a way that your regular socially awkward dorky kid just wasn't 25 years ago. There were always kids that gave off those disturbing vibes, of course, but these rabbit holes are churning them out on a conveyor belt now.
  16. Can't angry white boys who aren't getting laid just go back to listening to Nu Metal?
  17. Yep. Same reason people like him only care about "erasing history" when it's a statue of some old Klansman being taking down but not when librarians get arrested in schools for checking out books written by black or queer writers.
  18. I don't celebrate his death because all the problems that made a guy like him successful are still here. Plus there were a lot of bystanders there that day that are gonna have a shit ton of trauma to work through. But I'm not sad he's dead and don't pass judgment on anyone else that isn't sad either. The dude had ZERO empathy for any groups he didn't like (which includes school children) and he constantly engaged in incendiary rhetoric and it's a goddamn that so many people were broken up about this asshole, but not the children that were shot the same day. They probably weren't upset about all the black people gunned down in Buffalo a few years ago.
  19. You're not going to get an answer because for guys like him it's all about the plausible deniability and feigning ignorance. Just like you wont get an answer on why multiple HBC's had to lock down campus due to threats the day following his assassination despite the accusations that it was some radical liberal-marxist-trans-immigrant.
  20. Not sure what Strong being a shitty HC has to do with DEI. Saying he was only hired because he was black after the fact is lazy reasoning. At the time of hire, Strong's resume was superior to guys like Stoops and Dabo when they took their first HC gigs. It was also superior to the guy that ended up replacing him. Was every shitty white coach hired just because they were white?
  21. Haven't seen much of the team this year, but if it's true that Arch is just missing wide open receivers and throwing the ball at their feat against UTEP, that's a massive red flag. You can explain away a poor performance in the horseshoe, but a guy in his 3rd year on campus should not be this bad against UTEP. If every other qb on the roster is really 10-straight-incompletions-against-UTEP bad then Sark is stealing money from the University. I don't want to believe Sark is actually that incompetent, so I have to assume he's being stubborn leaving Arch out there. If the defense is still elite then I say we roll with Caldwell and hope he can be an average, functional, college qb. Can't let Arch dick around against another cupcake and then try to throw someone else into the fire in conference play if Arch sucks it up again. Beat OU, Arky, and Aggy and ideally don't lose to anyone except Georgia and I'd consider this season a success at this point, because based on what I've heard, I'm fearing a 2010 level collapse.
  22. Simms generally feasted on inferior competition
  23. In Europe and haven't found a reliable stream. But I think it's safe to say things are going well?
  24. I'm just gonna pretend it's still for 9/11
