  1. Yep, Ced was a fucking beast. 5 different defenders. It was his best unheralded 1 yard gain in his Texas career. He carried 2 and then a 3rd dude for 2 yards.
  2. That kick was definitely blocked and barely limped over the cross bar. What people forget is the play before where we ran the ball. If I remember correctly, Benson was caught behind the line but basically carried 2 dudes for a 2 yard (it might have been 1 yard) gain. One play later, those 2 yards made all the difference in the world.
  3. Tarp went No Lube on his write ups. I guess he quit dancing around all the elephants in the room and laid them bare. It will be interesting to see how the imbecile cult reacts to it.
  4. 12 of 30, 100 yards, 2 Ints, 0 TDs will make people rethink shit.
  5. Geniuses. The whole lot of them.
  6. Back to recruiting. They had 100 recruits at the game. No feedback or comments from the recruits? I'm sure it was all praise...
  7. It's as if Trent Richardson had a kid who grew up to play LB for aggy.
  8. 7 blocks against 9 in the box. TE and RG pull. Looks like the run is to York's gap. York gets met by the TE and doesn't even bother fighting the block. He just moves to his right as the TE blocks him. York (red), runner (green). Ball game, bitches. Video should start at the play. York is fucking horrible.
  9. 10 yr old shoots 82 yr old man and his 32 yr old daughter. https://abcnews.go.com/US/10-year-allegedly-confesses-fatally-shooting-82-year/story?id=113346121 A 10-year-old has allegedly confessed to fatally shooting a former city councilman and his daughter, according to officials in Louisiana. Officers in Minden, about 30 miles east of Shreveport, received a call at 6:30 a.m. Sunday about two bodies inside of a house, Minden Police Chief Jared McIver told ABC News. Responders found Joe Cornelius Sr., 82, and his daughter, Keisha Miles, 31, dead from multiple gunshot wounds, he said. The 10-year-old suspect -- who is related to the victims -- "confessed to the crime of murdering both," McIver said. The 10-year-old, whose gender was not released, was at the house that morning and allegedly shot the victims between 6 and 6:30 a.m., the chief said. A motive is not known, the chief said. Two guns that belonged in the house were found hidden on the property, the chief said, and the shell casings at the scene were of the same caliber of the two guns. Police are efforting an expert who specializes with children to interview the suspect and help determine next steps, McIver said. "We still got to put some puzzle pieces together," the chief said. "The city can rest easy knowing that the suspect is off the street of a double homicide, but there’s also the shock factor that comes into play: How does a 10-year-old do this? There’s a sigh of relief, there’s a shock, there’s mourning, there’s just different emotions our city is running through right now. Only thing we can do right now is do this case the best we can."
  10. Imagine Jordan in his prime getting a question about why he missed a free throw. "So when yall were up by 10, why did you miss that free throw?" In case you haven't seen it. Ask stupid questions, get stupid answers. I love how Scottie answered it.
  11. I don't think there's any way Colorado beats Nebraska. Raiola looked good for a true Freshman in his first start. Neyor is legit. Rhule is a much better coach than Sanders. Nebraska looks much improved over last year. Colorado looks absolutely the same. It's all Sanders and Hunter and a bunch of scrubs.
  12. Cohesive is relative. Rushing, aggy averaged 3.84 ypc. Without Weig's 7 carries/28 yards, the RBs averaged 3.87 ypc. That's pretty shitty. If you can't run the ball, then at least you better be able to throw it... Weigs was 12/30. In post interviews, Shrek said that Weigs had a cleaner pocket than he realized which meant Weigs felt that Notre Dame dline was pressuring him enough to rattle him. At this point, I don't think it takes all that much to rattle him. That shit doesn't get fixed in one or 2 games. He's taken a beating since last year. It's going to take awhile for him to get over the PTSD. They are deathly thin at Oline. Sound familiar? Their starters may be barely serviceable but their depth is shit. They are firmly a mid level team. They were a mid level team with all the talent in the world. They'll continue to be a mid level team filled with cast offs from other programs.
  13. Bizzle, you are now experiencing why Texas was lost in the football wilderness for almost 2 decades. Our Oline sucked during those years. Your Oline is on par with the shit that Mack Brown left us with when he finally got fired. Get used to wishing for a better Oline. It's going to be awhile.
  14. I'm fully in support of Robin Hood. I want an educated populace. Helping out poorer ISDs is a good thing. What I'm pissed about is, after paying out the Robinhood funds to the payee ISDs, the state not returning the excess money to the paying ISDs. There is NO state property tax, at least there isn't supposed to be one. But the excess is now treated as a state property tax. Fuck those thieving assholes. https://www.texas.gov/living-in-texas/property-tax-transparency/ Who sets my property tax bill? Texas has no state property tax. Local governments set tax rates and collect property taxes that they use to provide local services including schools, streets, roads, police, fire protection, and more. Your locally elected officials (school trustees, city council members, county commissioners) decide your property tax burden. These local officials can also help answer questions and respond to inquiries. The Texas Legislature does not set the tax amount of your local taxes nor does your local appraisal district.
  15. Where are all the Texags threads about the redasses complaining about the DEI cheerleaders and lamenting that aggy is embarrassed of the milkmen?
  16. Those bitches are still salty that their asshole peers were held accountable for being assholes.
  17. I don't know how real this interest is, from us or from him, but I like that we are looking in deep SEC country. I remember the decades when we were too scared to even look at GA players because we didn't think we could convince the to come to Texas. This staff says fuck all that.
  18. Is the mistake the picture of Austin or the word Atlanta?
  19. Austin Atlanta ad at the Rio airport.
  20. Speaking of Johnson, I'm sure he is 100% solid to aggy after seeing their QB go 12/30. I don't know if he'll end up at Texas, but I'm pretty sure he will not end up at aggy.
  21. On re-watch, I know it's garbage time but Gibson is a damn good runner between the tackles. He looked patient and powerful, had good cuts and really good vision. We have an embarrassment of riches at all the skilled position.
  22. How can someone purchase buy a fake AA ticket? Are people selling airline tickets in flea markets and shit? "Sure, just take this ticket and hand it to the person before you go on the plane."
  23. I fucking hated The Hobbit movie (have never re-watched it after initial viewing) because PJ needlessly added shit, characters, and romantic drama for his own ego bullshit. That was a rounding error compared to the bullshit that this series does to Tolkien's works. I mean if you can completely ignore or have never read Tolkien's works, this would probably be enjoyable. Sadly I can't/don't fall into either camp. Motherfucker, this shit is hard to watch.
