  3. Good. Fuck Traylor and his bitch ass team. Dudes talked a lot of shit for sucking so fucking bad. He's Tom Herman v2.
  4. It doesn't matter what the number is but gapping matters. There's usually a 4 degree separation between clubs. People average 3 yards per degree of loft, also 1 mph swing speed also usually is 3 yards. So there's an average 12 yards difference between clubs. Some people are 10 yards, some are 15 yards. Depends on ball striking and club head speed. A 45 degree PW for me goes 138ish yards. My 49 degree gap wedge goes 126ish yards. If my PW is now 43 degree, it now goes 144 yards, there's now a 18 yard difference between my PW and GW. If a PW is now 41 degrees, the club is now 150 yards long and now I'm 24 yards between my PW and GW. I need another GW between the 2. Also one of the big issues with the hollow body irons is the 5-7 irons go so much further than expected from the 8-PW. The step function is longer than 12 yards. There are gapping issues within the irons.
  5. Zhang with an incredible fucking putt.
  6. So....load up on cheap (cost and quality) shit now before it gets too expensive to buy cheap shit.
  7. stream. make sure you have adblock on your brower
  8. The lofts on the P790s are already strong (7i 30.5 degrees). Wondering why they made them even stronger. That's super improvement category. That begs the question how many wedges you'll be getting to complete your gapping. Your PW is now 43 degrees, your AW will need to be 47-48 degree, you'll need a 52 and a sand wedge at 56. If you play a lob wedge (60 degree), you'll have 5 wedges.
  9. Commie bastard. 70 and 80 year olds should pull themselves up by their bootstraps!!!
  10. Agreed. IAH construction is a giant shitshow. I imagine AUS will fuck it up even worse. But can't move ahead without some pain. I'm ready for the pain to get to the cure.
  11. This is going to be great for the tubing business in New Braunfels. TLDR: Permit is nearing approval, no definite plans, yet, to build the plant. https://www.expressnews.com/hill-country/article/wastewater-plant-comal-river-new-braunfels-19760675.php Plant that would put treated sewage into Comal River moves closer to approval The proposed facility would release up to 600,000 gallons of treated sewage per day into a creek that feeds the Comal River. State regulators have moved a step closer to approving a wastewater treatment plant that could eventually release up to 600,000 gallons of treated sewage per day into a creek that feeds the Comal River. The plant intends to serve a potential 1,400-home subdivision between Bulverde and New Braunfels in Comal County. In a letter last week, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality told Comal County landowner Douglas Harrison that the agency’s executive director determined the application met the state's legal requirements. That clears the way for the decision to be considered by TCEQ commissioners and gives opponents until Oct. 7 to request a contested case hearing or ask for reconsideration of the decision. Harrison applied for the permit in September 2022, seeking permission for a plant that would eventually discharge a daily average of up to 600,000 gallons of treated wastewater per day into the West Fork Dry Comal Creek. According to the application, the effluent would then travel through the Dry Comal Creek, then into the Comal River, the popular tubing destination that flows through downtown New Braunfels. The creek flows into the Comal River near Landa Street and the Wurstfest grounds. The Comal River’s current uses are primary contact recreation, public water supply, aquifer protection and high aquatic life use, according to the TCEQ. The state agency has determined those uses “will not be impaired” by the new wastewater plant. Harrison previously told the Express-News he had no immediate plans to develop the property and was preparing for different potential uses of the land. “We’re just getting everything in order and trying to get everything lined up here for what our options are,” he said in 2022. “Just in case we decide to sell someday down the road.” However, the treatment plant application said the facility “will serve the Harrison Tract subdivision, a new 1,403 lot subdivision,” and is intended to also serve other “future regional developments.”
  12. Found on Reddit. His new mailer should be arriving at your mailbox any day. I'm not Latino but I imagine Cruz represents Latinos in the same way that Trump represents educated folks.
  13. https://www.cnn.com/2024/09/13/travel/australian-airline-passenger-fine-cost-fuel-intl-hnk/index.html Passenger ordered to pay more than $5,000 in fuel costs after flight diverted due to bad behavior According to the Australian Federal Police, a then-32-year-old man from Western Australia was disruptive on a flight headed from Perth to Sydney. As a result, the plane had to turn around and go back to Perth, which meant that the pilot was forced to dump some fuel to land. Now, the passenger has been ordered to pay $8,630 AUD ($5,806 USD) back to the airline to cover the cost of the wasted fuel. The Perth Magistrate Court also fined him $6,055, meaning that his mid-air misbehavior has a total price tag of $11,861 – likely many times higher than whatever he spent on the ticket. “This incident should serve as a warning that criminal behavior on board can come at a heavy cost to the offender,” Shona Davis, the AFP’s Acting Superintendent, said in a statement. “It’s far simpler to obey the directions of airline staff than cause unnecessary issues, which can end up hitting you in the hip pocket.” Although the flight happened on September 25, 2023, it has taken about a year for the case against the unruly passenger to work its way through the Australian legal system. Neither the man nor the airline was publicly named, nor was it specified exactly what he did to earn such a hefty penalty.
  14. ...he meant roll over and get butt fucked, no lube. I'm so ready for this family to disappear from college football.
  15. Yay! We can finally have a big boy airport, in 2029. https://www.kut.org/transportation/2024-09-12/abia-aus-austin-bergstrom-international-airport-terminal-expansion-arrivals-departures-hall Austin's airport set to move ahead with $865 million terminal expansion A centerpiece of the largest-ever expansion of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is on a glide path to obtain final approval for design and construction. City Council will vote on the project this month as ABIA strains to handle far more passengers than it was designed to accommodate. If approved, the 370,500-square-foot extension of the Barbara Jordan Terminal — an area about the size of three Costco stores — will push the terminal north through the Red Garage and establish a new front door to Austin's airport. The new structure, dubbed the "Arrivals and Departures Hall" (A/D Hall), will serve as the primary pickup and drop-off point for passengers. The building will house airline check-in counters, domestic baggage claim, and concessions like stores and cafes. Construction on the $865 million project is expected to be mostly complete by December 2029, according to city solicitation documents.
  16. What the fuck. Yes the idiots shouldn't have jumped the fence. But why the fuck shoot at them through their car windshield as they were just sitting there? It seems that dipshits with guns are just looking for an excuse to shoot it at someone. https://www.cbsnews.com/colorado/news/conifer-teen-shot-face-seeking-permission-photos/ A Colorado teenager told deputies that he was shot in the face outside a house by the boyfriend of the homeowner after trying to ask for permission to take photos at the property, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. The 17-year-old was taken to the hospital where he remains Wednesday evening, but according to a news release from the sheriff's office, he told deputies he and a friend went to a property in the 23000 block of Pleasant Park Road around 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. They jumped over the fence and tried to locate the homeowner to ask if they could take high school homecoming photos at their property. When no one answered, they walked around the property trying to find the homeowner or a resident. When they couldn't, they assumed no one was home and returned to their car, the sheriff's office said. The homeowner called the police, saying the teens were trespassing. She then called her boyfriend, 38-year-old Brent Metz. The woman was not home at the time and saw the boys on her home surveillance camera, according to the sheriff's office. As the teens were back in their car, they began writing a note to the homeowner with their request to take photos at the property. That's when Metz arrived, got out of his truck and fired one round from a handgun into the teen's car through the windshield, striking one in the face, according to the sheriff's office. Investigators recovered the note, appearing to confirm the teens' story. When deputies arrived, they said the uninjured boy was putting pressure on his friend's face with a t-shirt. According to an arrest affidavit, Metz declined to speak to responding deputies, instead asking for an attorney. A deputy asked if there was a gun present for safety and Metz said it was in his truck. Here's the piece of shit. Looks exactly how I expected him to.
