Released into Early Access with more content than the base game ever had (and into which I put about 300+ hours according to Steam). Easiest $30 I've ever spent.
It's a dynamic roguelite set in the world of Greek mythology, and has you playing as Melinoë, the second child of Hades and Persephone. The Titan of Time, Chronos is in a war with the gods of Olympus, and Hecate, the witch who rescues you from Chronos (he stole you from your family as a child, it's complicated), is training you to kill Chronos to end the war. You do this by fighting through the Underworld over and over, dying repeatedly but gaining in skill, knowledge, and power with every day. The story is also extremely deep, with fantastic voice acting and a great range of emotion. It's also as horny, if not hornier, than Hades the first.
Prob will be my favorite game this year.
IGN is trash, yes, but this is a good overview of the game.
