  1. It dawned on me listening to the E-brake winner that Gordo’s Chris Chris impersonation is largely based on making fun of Corby.
  2. No, no, no and of course I do. A watt is a watt, only if you willfully ignore EROI. No ad hominem whatsoever. You enter this thread periodically like the political clown you are. You have no subtlety whatsoever. Chevron doesn’t have bad management, by and large. That’s laughable. They’re the epitome of over-safety measures and have a fuckload of fat to cut. You’ve become a waste of time with every post of yours I read. You’re about to hit my short Ignore list.
  3. Good to know there were some weekends off for the young lad at the time. I bet you were with an old Austin High crew. Those boys are wild. Like, they had contests on who could get thrown in jail faster.
  4. BP and Shell need to shed people. And also to totally revamp their business away from renewables and ESG and placating to political idiots like this fucking guy:
  5. Interestingly enough, so did my pledge brother Charlie Hodge, who’s one of the funniest people on the planet.
  6. There is only one jackass here that does it. @DougO
  7. I find her incredibly hot, but I’d definitely kick her out of bed for eating crackers.
  8. lol. You and the Fecals guy are a huge part of the Cowboys problem. Your hopium is a time waste. Dak is a league average QB and you fail to realize what the rest of the board knows.
  9. Well did our commentary adversely affect hostage release?
  10. I don’t know why we are inserting ourselves into the equation. Why are we calling deadlines? If I’m Israel I attack before that deadline.
  11. You committed a cardinal Surly sin by demonstrating too much common sense. Specifically, you were critical of Palestine, yet did not caveat your statements with sufficient criticism of Israel.
  12. He may be what? And there are a ton or Arabs that feel like him?
  13. I agree with this guy. I don’t think you make it until Tuesday before this guy’s character is assasinated here.
  14. Lord knows I DON’T WANT THAT.
  15. I don’t think it falls off a cliff but it’ll decline gradually over time. But once it peaks, it’ll be really hard to have any monthly increase without it being anomalous. It’ll drive discussion and markets, and you’ll hear about Peak Oil all over again. It reduced 0.9% from October 2024 to November 2024 (in terms of daily production). Notably, Texas (down 1.2%) and New Mexico (down 1.8%) drove the overall decrease, down a combined 108,000 bopd. Some of that could’ve been price related, but I don’t think so, and it wasn’t weather related. I don’t think we can say definitively it’s peaked. Need more data. Late 90s. Mitchell didn’t really crack the code until early 2000s. I’ll tell you where we’d be: up shit creek with expensive-as-fuck energy costs.
  16. There is no way re-frac’ing can outstrip the massive production declines. I think your view is one a lot of people have, and respectfully, it’s just inaccurate. I know a lot of shit about a lot of fuck.
  17. That and Day-to-Davis are fucking hysterical nicknames. Nico better pray his good moves are enough to get to 6th seed by the time AD gets back to DtDavis status.
  18. That’s not what I was talking about, which is the constant movement of posts into some random thread you never posted in. A very heavy handed way of de-cluttering threads in order to not look like TexAgs. I’ve never bothered to look at that site long enough to ascertain their opinion on our governor.
  19. Well we will do it mostly entirely without Street Clothes.
  20. I’ve always called it the Gulf. I’ll continue to do so, as well as calling out in town portion of the Colorado River “Town Lake”.
