  1. Of course he’ll resign. I definitely think people have spoken with him and put pressure on him, but he’d do it willingly and there’s no shame in it.
  2. Yep. I don’t understand why someone ever would. Highly doubtful.
  3. Because Biden cannot win, and Trump will. It’s not hard to see that THIS is why people are terrified. Teflon Trump and his band of gypsy supporters aren’t going anywhere and there is nothing we can do about it aside from switch candidates.
  4. Michelle is a lot more likable and always has been. Plus on the misogynistic front, men will view a competent former president husband running her presidency. I think Kamala would provide a boost, but not enough that Whitmer or Obama would.
  5. I think she draws a lot. The notion that the Obamas are hard left leaning was dispelled in my mind, and I thought that. Point being, I think she’d grab a LOT of independents. And probably moderate Republicans that do not like Trump.
  6. All Republicans don’t back Trump. Multiple dem politicians have called for Biden to step down. Rightfully so. Regardless, how is this “pure insanity”?
  7. Nobody has forgotten that. Criminality and bad guy are part of the Trump ethos. People are accustomed to it. The extent of Biden’s cognitive decline is new. It isn’t going away.
  8. I can’t give you any data because this is unprecedented. Continue to bury your head in the sand.
  9. Common sense. When has a candidate been replaced 4 months before election? When has a candidate’s severe cognitive decline become apparent to the whole country 4 months before election? Until you have data that accounts for these situations, your data is worthless.
  10. Booker as a running mate would be extremely strategic as would getting Whitmer to run to shore up a swing state. Not replacing him is conceding the election.
  11. Whatthebuck is not my favorite poster but you’re embarrassing yourself in your discussion with him. You’re 100% wrong.
  12. It’s interesting that people think that’s a flex. It’s not. It’s just what people do because their country’s antiquated political system dictated two woefully substandard candidates to them.
  13. This is precisely why about half of Republicans vote Trump.
  14. If I were advising him, I probably wouldn’t advise he do that. Imma has entered the chat making some wildass dumbass comments, and one of them was that Biden has no need to debate. If Trump agrees, he has EVERY NEED to debate.
  15. It’s significantly worse than ‘16. Trump as POTUS is a known dangerous entity. Hilary was lucid and competent. Turnout will be less. I also disagree with you on Biden not doing another debate. If he is not replaced (only viable option for win), he must appear in another debate. It’s obvious. I do think it doesn’t matter, because the damage is done and/or the next performance is not likely to be significantly better. I also disagree with your notion that people here aren’t the ones not voting. You’re going to see it across the country.
  16. lol. I suspect you want to believe this, but it’s a laughable thought.
  17. Something that has that many amendments isn’t infallible. I wouldn’t say it’s not working, necessarily, because of the ability to implement amendments. But it’s venerated status is and always has been ridiculous.
  18. No matter how much people want it to go away, it ain’t.
