  1. Yea I've always enjoyed North in Houston and Austin. Owned by PF Changs now.
  2. Got there at 9:45 and only one guy in front of us. They opened at 10:15 today.
  3. Any updates for this? You know with Covid around. Looking for a date night spot. No steakhouses. Thanks in advance.
  4. Went by Cattleack. Pretty good stuff.
  5. Yea I get what your saying but you really "own" nothing if you can't sell it nor choose to pass it on to your heirs. If you want out of "owning" the operation you're basically quitting a high paying restaurant job.
  6. Chick Fil A doesnt franchise. You own nothing just an invited operator with great pay with an opportunity to run a couple if you show to be a great operator. They pick the location and build it, you run it. The traditional restaurant business was already changing to delivery and Covid sped it up. If you didn't already have a digital and delivery model in the works its been painful.
  7. I'm a pretty simple person. I'M Highly Confrontational. Didn't do well in school so no university. I socially dip snuff. Have a wandering eye towards marginally attractive women. Been known to use a Wonder Bread sack as a rubber when warranted. My downfall is scratch off lottery tickets. I've got a tendency to stare at people endlessly. I hate Dicks & Fuck OU. I'm an open book.
  8. Pretty sure Bodega used be a cigar bar/wine bar/small restaurant. I used to go there 2005 ish. Lots of cougars used to hang out there. then Eddie Vs and Winslows opened.
  9. Will Churchill and his sister. Frank Kent Cadillac family. They own basically every building on Magnolia street in Ft.Worth.
  10. I used Pappy 12 for some flambe bananas once. Had no clue it was stupidity until my best friend informed me what it was.
  11. Yea. His cows are definitely on the heavier side but unfortunately there is no prime in them. maybe at best select and that's a stretch. Eye of the beholder type.
  12. They're all herford/angus or Hereford/brangus. I never have them graded just send them to slaughter. All 18 months old that have lived a stress free life on good grass. None are bought from a sale barn all home raised. I feed them about 50 pounds a week each beefmaker to keep them coming into the corral/pens for easy loading. So very little feed. At 18 months on grass and a little beefmaker they get to 1200 pounds. I have pictures in the ranching thread. I do sale to family and friends. I took one in for my sister yesterday. Ill charge her around 5$ a pound hanging weight. She pays the processing. 1.10 a pound plus $75 kill fee. When I get these back in a couple weeks I'll post some pictures.

  15. He needs this Sexy Beast as his trainer
  16. Just turned 42. 15% bodyfat. Hit personal records for core lifts. Full head of hair. Wife told me I can buy one those smart high dollar hookers. Hit the surly Stonk train early. Texas beat the shit out of UTEP.
  17. Kids are always intrigued by Brahman cattle since they looked different. Little do they know what an ass whooping they can be.
