  1. The Trial of the Chicago 7 was rather excellent. Also saw the Sound of Metal and took a nap halfway through Mank. There you go. I’m a regular fucking Siskel and Ebert
  2. I always dug the soundtrack too. Cheap Trick, The Cars, Jimi Hendrix, The Ramones. You can’t do much better than that
  3. I probably haven’t seen Over the Edge in 40 years but I’m about to dig around in my VHS bin
  4. That we didn’t win a spring game national championship. I’ve got to agree with Kurt about Sark’s lack of urgency
  5. Sounds like something Robert Durst would do
  6. For one thing aggy isn’t most friendly and simultaneously most hostile. I assume no online polls were involved
  7. True but I like some of Channing Tatum’s acting choices. Like voluntarily getting killed five minutes into that GI Joe sequel
  8. Whenever we visit my folks I point out to them that they pay for HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Encore and every other fucking movie channel known to man and even show them where they are on the channel guide. They’re amazed by this like cave people seeing fire for the first time
  9. I saw him at the mall one time. He said he was there because he heard boys underwear was half off
  10. Damn look at those heads. That look on her face says “Thank God for c-sections”
  11. At least there’s a third season. Watched the first two after reading about it here. I like the lighter moments sandwiched between the violence, like Ray’s daughter catching him and the girlfriend in the act and the subsequent birds and the bees talk. I was crying
  12. This right here. Hold the cheese though because when deployed by fast food restaurants they’re trying to cover up something
  13. In the interest of full disclosure it was actually a crocheted doily from a Barbie tea set
  14. Dammit I love breakfast so that’s a solid argument
  15. Dammit. This was my move back in the day
  16. I’ll take Walt Jr. for $2,000, stand-in Jeopardy host
  17. A guy named Theron Brown who ran sprints for Hebert High in Beaumont used to wear these in prelims at track meets. He might bust out some spikes for the finals if he was feeling any pressure, but he’d usually just stick with the Zips. Also had that pouch for his lunch money
  18. Thanks for the bump since we can’t have NSAA or other nice things
  19. What? My power of attorney specifically states that, if the need arises, to nuke me with a subterranean spaceship
