  1. I need a cheat sheet to keep this all straight. Yikes I’m confused. It’s a riddle wrapped in a puzzle wrapped in a man enigma.
  2. Besides George, and Waylon, and Chris, I’m saying Conway Twitty had the greatest voice but the lamest material. His early rockabilly stuff is awesome. I doubt consider him country but Roy Orbison is the greatest Texas male singer:
  3. Drive Away Dolls. Stumbled onto this on Peacock , written and directed by Ethan Coen. Should have been better than it was, set in 1999, there were a ton of time errors that irritate me.
  4. I made these to go with some ribeyes last night. I used Yukon golds, good gruyere, fresh grated parm, heavy cream in cast iron skillet. Wife proclaimed them the best side dish, not potato dish, I’ve made in 42 years of marriage. This is a killer recipe from Malibu and it’s even better than described. Gruyere and parm are so perfect together. Give it a shot. I have been directed that this will be the family taters for holidays going forward.
  5. My go to is the evolved meat sauce my mother made that she got in high school from her high school friend who was part of the family that owned Margie’s in Ft Worth. My wife also loves a fresh tomato sauce that I make similar but I use oven roasted fresh tomatoes. I use olive oil, lots of thin garlic toasted in the oil, red pepper flakes, and sauté some onion in it. Add in the peeled roasted tomatoes, a ton of fresh basil, and throw in the barely cooked thing spaghetti. Bowl it up, a squeeze of lemon juice, fresh grated parm. I can eat a five gallon bucket of it. Sometimes she like it with capers and chopped kalamatas in it too.
  6. That’s because he didn’t believe he was a black man until after the murders and Johnny Cochran told him he was.
  7. Nothing was made up. He killed the dude then nearly cut off his wife’s head. Was that jury we could have had multi angle video of OJ doing it and a full confession and he would have walked. The worst read of a community and jury pool in history by Garcetti, Marcia Clark, and Chris Darden. A remarkably bad prosecution selection of that venue.
  8. Memphis announces most tix $10 for rest of season. They aren’t drawing shit. The original Showboats often had sellouts.
  9. About to watch. Do they have Boothe escaping and living out his days in Granbury? Acting in the court square Opry House?
  10. I gotta quit smoking glue and paint together.
  11. I really don’t think he was in danger of being fired at Arkansas; he stayed there longer than he’s been anywhere else. . I really think he went to USC more for personal reasons. He will soon be 60. He’s from SoCal and his mom is in her 80’s. The kids will soon be out of the house and wife will want to restart her broadcasting career.
  12. I hated that result for Antonia. Fucking cacao pods. Luau leaves. Name root. You can have different ingredients without getting stupid. The equipment this is silly. I’d rather the final four be more cooking like iron chef. One or two ingredients or things and make three dishes.
  13. In Arlington. Very cool as the temp got cooler and it got about as dark as a thunderstorm and some stars came out.
  14. I’ve eaten at Le Bernadin in Philly, Michael Mina’s place in Vegas, and Micheal white’s due Mari in Jersey.
  15. Arkansas needs a rock star coaching name who can recruit top tier talent. Muss could not do that, and he didn’t fire up the boosters. Calipari is big buds with John Tyson who will be funding a lot of this. Helm get the nil money he needs.
  16. What a roster of judges Guy brought in. Holy cow.
  17. I also consider them a single film. I had much that was edited out due to concerns it was going to be a 4 hour film. 2 is a prequel and a sequel. It benefits from having a much bigger budget and much of it was written. I have watched both numerous times and 3 a few times. I think the first two are perfect films.
  18. https://www.fox26houston.com/news/montgomery-county-couple-bestiality-child-pornography-possession.amp I didn’t see this posted. The husband is a creep that needs the only punishment that cures pedophiles. The wife though is particularly sick. Her Facebook and linked in are still up so the comments are quite hilarious. She’s been fired by the men’s clinic. I bet she was wanking patients too.
  19. They should have won SB5. Should have won the Catch game, lost on the failure of Ernie Stautner staying in the prevent with his best players on the sideline and Landry sticking with him. Fucker.
  20. Muss stayed at Arkansas longer than he has anywhere else. I think he really screwed the pooch this season with such a sorry collection of misfits and dontgiveashits. He allowed cancers to come and go. It was a pathetic season. I think his move to USC is driven by age, family, etc. he was well paid, I believe he was the 16th highest paid coach. He did not deserve an extension or raise after such a horrible season. His wife and kids have been active in Fayetteville and seemed happy. His mother is in San Diego and should be in her 80’s. That’s his home. His wife will be wanting to get back to broadcasting. USC presents challenges: entry standards, long travel distances, etc.
  21. Blue cheese and crab offended me. It was obvious many of these chefs don’t have a clue about cooking with cheese.
  22. https://operations.nfl.com/gameday/analytics/stats-articles/what-stats-suggest-about-the-nfl-s-new-kickoff I like this new rule and this explains more of the different situations.
  23. Another instance of shitty judging and the influence by Tom. Based on that single dish it should have been cheese curds dude. Shitty dish and indifferent use of the ingredient. He has no game outside of Mexican food and simply chose not to play. But Tom likes and they let his previous dishes influence them, again. Gail isn’t having to compete with Padma now.
