  1. Well Sykes very publicly was part of the big retrace off the first CC. I think it will be much harder this time. So many people have made money, survived the big dips, and caught the vision and potential. There is so much to come out just this month alone. I just don't see much more than a normal retrace. I'm doubtful it loses $1 again Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  2. You have TSNP in a Tax free gains account... I'm insanely jealous. I need to get one of these setup ASAP Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  3. XMET has always been interesting for 3 reasons. The first one was David Lazar, getting a Lazar Shell at .0002 almost always ends well in the money and your ability to get massive amounts at that level is so cheap. My total cost for my 10M original shares was $2k. Strangely Lazar process which has always been very consistent went very differently here. It was way faster, and he sold earlier in the process than normal. He also held onto 16M common shares. That makes me think it's an outlier. 2nd was the endgame of the R/M which is always a wildcard. This one was sold to a Chinese buyer, my research says it's a holding company, but that's still an educated guess at best. Also lately a lot of Lazar shells have been instantly R/S by incoming companies, Although by Nevada law it can't happen until termination of Lazar's Custodianship. STILL this is the biggest risk in XMET at what the current SS seems to be. It could also go like TSNP has if the company is a banger (although unlikely it will have as much potential as TSNP) Which leads to the third reason XMET is interesting the share reduction theory. XMET is a divy stock from Paychest PYCT. The previous CEO overissued shares above its Authorized Shares to the tune of 8+ Billion. The earlier Sept filings note that and say that corporate action will need to be taken, and the A/S was raised to 9B to cover any liabilty of those shares with a par value of .001 (mind you are the time they were only trading at .0002). The following month were a series of court maneuvers that worked through allowing anyone to make claims as to anything that the company XMET owed them. The only one was their Transfer Agent for $500. Former CEO is now dead, his family didn't claim anything, all the cronies and companies holding invalid shares didn't claim anything. So then Lazar motions to bar all unasserted claims from being made in the previous claim period. That's the result we just saw last week. In previous shells he's gotten this court to authorizd him to cancel shares of a company he has taken over and the stage has been set for him to do so now. Also he filed in January a form that says that there will be a termination of a shareclass that is par value .0001 of which there are only 2 current shareholders, but XMET's par value is set at .001 signed off on by Wei Tian. We believe this is the over issued shares held apart from the currently held shares All of the above to say if the shares are reduced significantly, it will be multiple pennies before any further news comes about the R/M. XMET has been moving to fast on too little volume to be over 8B outstanding. I've been in holdings with 10B shares and it was 1-2B shares in buying volume to move is a .0002 in PPS If the R/M is then awesome on top of that and no R/S due to the reduction we could see what TSNP is doing. I only need it to go to .15 to be valued at $1M on my current shares which are free off my initial pulls months ago. That's why I'm holding Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  4. Let me know how that goes. Schwab owns tda now. The fact that they still charge fees is bullshit Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
  5. Schwab can trade almost all OTC without fees. They just don't have ThinkOrSwim. I've toyed with monitoring on ToS and buying on schwab. I paid over $500 in fees last year on TDA and that is without jumping in and out of positions to maximize profits. Now my overall gains obviously make that totally worth it, but it's definitely affected my trading style for better or for worse Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk

  7. Haha I'll dream of row 9, but I have limit sells of 1M each on row 11, 12, 13, and 14
  8. Not bad advice, but no worries here. I'm just an internet stranger lol. When I can I'll help put out information about when and where to get in on the bottom floor, or when catalysts look to take it to another level, and you take it from there. Everybody has different goals and strats. Also yall might find things before me and I can jump on yalls DD. I'm partial to blockchain, tech sector, and R/M plays, but there are plenty out there that can make you and me great money! I'm out on Weedstocks though got burned too many times. Whoever sent that message about the airpods shoot me a PM, I can't remove it from that setting but I put up another one if that helps. Can't thank yall enough for all the support by the way. Working at a non-profit requires a lot of sacrifices namely financial ones for doing something you truly believe in. For the past six years, my and two kids have scraped things together on one non-profit income while my wife stays home with the kids, often by the skin of our teeth and everything we have is used and handed down. The idea that we have the ability to maybe have true financial freedom is still hard to believe, much less people sending us gifts for just posting information. Anyways so here's Wonderwall...
  9. Lot's of different outcomes. A guy that's been in almost as long as I have made this chart regarding the potential reaction to different reduced SS when we get that information. Then it multiplies that by taking into account other factors, like risk of R/S, what the incoming company is etc. My guess is that it's somewhere in the 1B to 2B range
  10. If you buy 1M shares at .001 then you can get 50% of your shares as free by selling at .002 or 66% at .003 or 90% at .01 Once you're on free shares then you're not risking any of your money to see where it goes. My way costs me short term money because, but protects me from getting locked into a position down a lot or forced to take a loss. I usually cost out (aka get on free shares in the range of 200% up or 300% up if I'm interested. If I love a stock I ride it dirty and don't get on free shares and even avg up (see TSNP). I sold 50k worth of ALLP under $0.30 to get the rest of mine free because I had been burned on previous runs. That one still stings.
  11. If you want general advice, then STONKS ALWAYS GO UP I subscribe to the sell onto free shares early and ride as long as I can. This cost me dearly on ALPP (to the tune of $450,000), but put me in good positions on about 5 other subpennies that have yet to fully play out (some of which that you are now on).
  12. I love seeing PFMS at .01, hope it can close there and we get an 8k on the weekend to launch off
  13. Nice recovery so far on SNVP looks like it bounced off that .005 support from yesterday's high. Should have bough back my shares lol
  14. SNVP falling through the bottom as profit taker get out before the weekend... maybe I should rebuy...
  15. Low risk to go with @Harrison Stafford picks not as much volatility great mind behind jumping in, but you should check there because I don't buy over a $1. XMET is my stonk spirit animal, highest risk reward. Could go back to trips with bad news, could go to a $1 with good. Hell if i know, but that's my Millionaire make retirement package. PFMS is toying with breaking a penny and when the Samtrade news comes it will probably be more like FPVD range. Both of those will be less volatile as long as no negative shareholder news like R/S comes with 8ks. It's good to get spread around there so half you account doesn't disappear when you're not looking. Happened to me twice with ALPP early on lol and then once on early SNVP
  16. Anyone buying the SNVP dip? Look dicey as F...
  17. Just saw how much stuff yall bought, yall are nuts! I've never got gifts like that in my life. Wifey is adding some stuff now. I've got gifts to give all freaking year. Also thanks to people still giving cash through Venmo. If you remember I bargained with my wife to used the whole first stimulus to stonk by promising a renovation. We're coming up on a $30k full reside of the house and I've been using this money to pay down the balance. I may have hundreds of thousands in the unrealized gains, but under $10k If XMET goes ham, then I'm gonna cut yall off. Until the private island Lagavulin open bar party. BYOBoP (bring your own boat or plane) Also I'm getting the F of Venmo as soon as Humblpay is available in the US
  18. Watch out for PFMS trying to make a penny run
  19. OTC X - Top Tier requirement OTC QB - Mid Tier (for some reason ALPP lived here for years) OTC Pink - Minimal reporting requirements Grey - you're screwed (DECN holla!) OTC Current/Yield/Dark - status of filings There's also new restrictions on caveat emptor stocks, so less likely to get Trip 000s going forward once they're in place, but I think thats in April. I'll be shopping in March
  20. To be clear SNVP seems shady as all get out just based on Sawant. Nothing about this run is being driven by actual news other than reinstatement. I think people see TSNP and think I want in on that. It could happen, and the float is low so less chance of a R/S than your average bear, but would i be surprised? Nope. Dude has a trail of skeleton companies behind him. Not to say he might not be right place, right time, right industry. I've heard Tito Bevs back ground and that is the same kind of background. Am I also bitter I sold 2M worth of shares in the bottom of this run? Of course! Am I still holding 1M shares with no intention to sell you betcha. If I catch wind of any OTC hijinks will I drop it like it's hot?
  21. It'll cost you tree fiddy... in ALPP shares lol
  22. I'm not looking forward to having grind out new positions soon. This has been so fun. Raise your hand if you're up $100k on today That being said I probably will once I get my ducks in a row on the Roth deal. Starting over from $12k seems like a decent test if I'm lucky or good
  23. Yes and No. The new institutional investors they're going after will want big preferred seats on the bus and we feel float locked based on the last two days. The shelf offering and A/S increase also allow more money for acquisitions. He said it's so they can acquire the best companies in their frame work (minimum $25M in Revs) and the best talent like Spencer Gore. They've always used that maneuver in the past for acquisitions. The last bit of information we don't have is how much they will do. It's always been very small, the upcoming one might be jarringly large in comparison
